The rooms, pool & hot tub.
Kitchen area was great for proper meals
The rooms were a little too hot, only with fans to cool

An older, somewhat worn facility yet it was very clean and well maintained. Location was great to grab the free bus service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Benches to sit stream side and listen.
Silly to say, but the outside trash bin cover was very heavy and awkward to open. I know it’s that way to keep the Bears and other wild life out, but maybe a better positioning of the dumpster would make opening the lid easier.

Very good value

clean, two bedroom unit that suited our needs
Received an email about a week out regarding the shuttle hours that were only during the day. I would have picked another property that was closer and could have walked to Lionshead had I known. Additionally, was not thrilled to take out the trash and recycling and start the dishwasher before I left.

room size is decent.
pullout bed is the worst mattress I have ever slept on and should not even be considered a bed. one parking spot for a 4 person room is ridiculous. the staff is abysmal and completely rude to its customers. we were locked out of our room at 11pm for over an hour due to a dead battery in the lock and the maintenance man neglecting to add fresh batteries… the staff initially WOULD NOT send someone to let us in the room and told us we were out of luck and had to figure it out ourself… one we mentioned that we’d break the door in to get to pertinent medicine they ended up sending a staff member to the site. upon checking out they asked how the stay was and we honestly noted “not great” to which the grumpy staff member argued with us customers telling us that it all was our fault. only 2 towels per room for a 4 person room and when we asked for extra towels they told us no. such a poorly run complex and none of us will ever stay here again or recommend it to anybody.

Two Bedroom was big enough for four adults.
The indoor hot tub was not working. The Sauna was not on. The outdoor hot tub was extra packed.

great value and comfort, good facilities
the noise. you can hear everything above you. terrible for trying to sleep.

it’s good hotel , with beautiful view.
when you check in after 6, check-in takes a very long time, by a special phone on the street, and the hotel representative who registers you has never been to the hotel and does not know where everything is located, so you must then look for your room yourself.
and there’s no one to ask where everything is located and I could not use the sauna because of this. also due to the lack of hotel staff I didn’t feel safe. when I was booking this hotel, it was indicated that the free rooms in the hotel were running out, but in fact the hotel was half empty. no breakfast!

The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great to have available. The bathroom was clean. The shower water and flow were perfect. The front desk staff was friendly.Linens were fresh and clean.
When we returned in the evening from an event, we could not find a parking space because large vehicles were taking up more than one parking space each. There were no other options. We drove around and came back to wait until a space freed up. This was about 11 pm. In the morning the cleaning staff came into the room at 9 am unexpectedly one hour before check out. We felt rushed.

It was a nicely updated and comfortable studio apartment. I would love to come for a family vacation.
The bed was uncomfortable and it was a little unusual to rely on fans and open windows to provide cooling (no AC).

Of I loved that we got a HUGE condo, the size of one-bedroom apartment, for nearly half the price of comparable resorts. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic pool and hot tubs. Beds like heaven.
There was nothing we did not like. It is a lovely family-friendly resort. Definitely check it out.
9.0
the cost and location. the size of the units
the busses are not running full schedules even though the property is at capacity.
5.0
The property was close to vail with a shuttle that ran to vail (only between 830-330 Wednesday-Sunday) with a Vail bus stop down the road, which could be a dicey walk in the snow but not impossible. The rooms were nice, exactly what was shown in the pictures. Had a full kitchen, which can be very convenient.
there was nothing wrong with the property, it was definitely a quiet, low key place. We enjoy swimming and hot tubbing after a long day of skiing and dinner but the pool/hot tub closed very early.
