La hall era molto moderna, le camere spaziose.

Lo staff alla reception per nulla cordiale, non si sono minimamente sforzati di risolvere un problema di un doppio addebito. Le camere peccavano un po’ di pulizia

Love the location, will never buy food there again.

I didn’t have time to eat an actual meal the evening I arrived, so I bought a small package of pretzels and one of almond at the hotel. When I looked at my bill I found they were $5 each. Breakfast was a smoothie and coffee for a total cost of $18 and change. Don’t eat there! As for the hotel itself, I stay at the Warwick once or twice a year when I’m visiting friends. The location is terrific and the staff is very helpful, particularly the men who park my car.

A great place to stay for tourists, right in the middle of central Philadelphia.

The room quality was very good, large spacious rooms that were clean when we arrived. The staff was also very nice and professional, and were always ready to assist us. Overall, a solid hotel for large groups.

A minor complaint but their was some confusion over the bed sizes, as we expected two queen sized beds but received beds that were smaller then normal, which is something to keep in mind when booking here.

This property was completely overpriced for what was offered.

This hotel was worn down. The room was a dump. The common spaces smelled of stale smoke and other random smells.

Hotel was ok for the price if the bathroom was properly functioning.

Bed was good….bathroom not good…old tub, sink didn’t drain, toilet seat about to fall off it was so loose.

everything was well kept and the staff was really nice . we really enjoyed our stay 10/10 recommend

besides having no parking and having to pay for your stay and your parking is alittle new for me coming from a state that doesn’t do that but overall still really nice

Great solid hotel experience, not too pricy, would stay here again

nearly everything - location, amenities, clean, gym, water pressure and temperature, heater, kind staff

wifi is a bit slow (must pay for faster speed). I wish I could refill water bottle rather than drink from a new bottle (provided in the room). to refill bottle, I'd have to go to the gym in floor 4

Room service clean. Lobby added tables, more chairs which was nice touch.

No hand towels. Face cloths were scarce. Plumbing issues continue. Flushing of toilet, sink draining very noisy. No hot water at one point.

Nothing.

The room had an odor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Parking is $50 and valet is $59, how does that make any sense? The decor was old as the late 70s. To make matters worst, I think the drains were clogged because when I took a shower or wash my hands the water wouldn't go down the drains. I had to take a shower in my own dirty water.
