Great location and neighborhood

Excellent location for walking around German Village

Paying extra for parking. Website said $10, charged $12 "because it snowed". Parking area should have been cleared of ice if you have to pay extra

Staff was always available and helpful. Housekeeping fulfilled daily requests, as ours was an extended stay.

Location was good for our purposes. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Parking situation, elevator is small and probably older than I would like to think, room smelled like dirty feet - assume carpet needs cleaned or replaced - had to go out and purchase room fresheners.

So much fun even though it was in Ohio

I thought the hotel was over priced! But so amazing. Every worker we came in contact with was absolutely amazing including the housekeepers. We didn’t use housekeepers for our 4 night stay I tried keeping the room clean took out our own garbage and towels and got extras from the girls! Breakfast was good as well. Safe except for the homeless men lurking around the premises but when staff were alerted they took care of the situation real quick!

The price of the hotel and the added Ohio state tax which made the room a lot more money than expected

Well priced, good location. Front desk person very nice. Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and clean.

There was no stay as I couldn’t even make it into the hotel.

Not sure, didn’t get the chance to stay. There was nowhere to park and I drove around for an hour before giving up and driving all the way home.

Great location near Nationwide Children’s Hospital and German Village.

Excellent location in German Village environs. Room clean and everything in working order. Reasonable parking fee.

cleaning and maintenance could have been better but overall the experience was good

the breakfast was good and it was close to the things we wanted to do

we were greeted in our room with the smell of weed. we don’t smoke so for it to hit your straight in the face as you walk in wasn’t great for us. or the fact the house keeper hasn’t taken out the trash in our room when we got there

Nice hotel, great location

Everywhere was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

Why no curtains in the room? Rate was quite a bit higher due to events going on in Columbus that weekend. Normally would not pay over $200 for a Holiday Inn Express room.

I liked the stay but I would not stay there again.

I liked the interior.

I didn’t like that we wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi. I didn’t like the location. I didn’t like that it wasn’t really that clean. The fridge was dirty. I didn’t like I had to pay for parking.

Exceptional

Whenever we come to Columbus, this is the hotel we aim to book. the staff is always pleasant, the hotel is always clean and the location is not too shabby. my only downside is it’s so far from the convention center, BUUUTTT I also enjoy riding scooters to get around, just like when we were kids. we will always enjoy this hotel and love the new manager, Lawrence as well.

It is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless. Bed... Wonderful night's sleep.
