I love the location. The property needs maybe a little TLC- we had a double room on the backside. Beds are very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom and sink area need updating- a bit dark. Also really no where to hang up my up wet swimsuit.

The pool area was dirt and never cleaned the entire time I was there. No pool
Tools were available even though I asked numerous times. Pool
Looked a mess at all times

We liked the hot tube, swimming pool and the assistance of the reception
Normally I like it when it is old but the price was to high. There was no breakfast.

We loved everything about this property!! It was clean, convenient walking to everything and very friendly staff! 👍🏻👍🏻

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a great view. During our stay, we ran out of body wash, but they quickly replaced it when we gave them a call. The room was cleaned frequently and the location is amazing. Right outside San Francisco.
I didn't like that they didn't serve any breakfast. They have a restaurant on the first floor, but the food is very expensive. I recommend to get the hawaiin pizza, definitely worth the price. The other foods, not so sure.

The location
There was a smell in the room.

The upstairs occupants were noisy - it's as if they crossed the room in a foot race - very late - shd've called, but didn't. The concierge, Jeff, was wonderful. Efficient, courteous, professional and has a good sense of humor as well. The Lodge is lovely, the grounds, and although we didn't use the bar or restaurant, enjoyed the whole area - very pretty. Also, surprised with the wine bar in the afternoon. Thank you very much
When we were in the room off the lobby, with the terrible wind, the front door was left open. Very cold.

The location was perfect and it was very clean. The staff was very accommodating.

Very basic and simple room. It's in Tiburon, I understand. But could have been more beautiful/elegant/welcoming for the price paid. I live in Marin County and was at the hotel for the first time with a friend and have to say I expected more.

This is a 3 star hotel at best.
For the level and quality of hotel, the room cost should not have exceeded $150 a night!

The hotel is located in Tiburon, right down the street from the restaurants, bars and Angel Island Ferry. I liked how clean and modern our 3rd floor room was, with a view of the mountains. The tiny elevator reminded me of ones in France, so I tried to take the stairs as much as possible. If you have a disability, I recommend requesting a downstairs/ground floor room. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that the the hotel provided robes.
I felt sorry for the front desk staff. There was always just one person working the front desk trying to do everything. They need to hire more people. The pool was broken. Also, the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until later, so we were thankful that the French Bakery was open for coffee & breakfast down the street.

It would have been very helpful for the elevator to be operating. I would have also liked the jacuzzi to be working as well.
