Beautiful place to have a relaxing vacation

The resort is at a very scenic location. The pool, recreation room and kids play area were well maintained. We were a family of 8, including 2 kids. They were kind enough to call and adjust the room bookings early on so that we all could have adjacent rooms. The food was extremely good. They arranged a barbecue for us and it was delicious. The staff at the resort are very courteous and friendly.

Great property to relax refresh and retreat your mind. Nature therapy at its best. Cozy place with plenty of facilities and nice restaurant. Their cuisines are not compromised. Overall the view is Switzerland of kerala

The location and the ambience was great. The staff and the food was good.

The staff accommodation should not be near guest rooms. The budget types rooms were next to the staff's accommodation. Also if the rooms are occupied, maintenance and construction works should be avoided during the day as some guests may stay in their rooms during the day. There was lots of construction noise right through the day during our stay.

good food, location and staff. Go for it if you don't expect a big size room but the resort was wide

the staff were very courteous, restaurant food was very good and they helped a lot for those who travel with kids. Room service was prompt . Their ever smiling, courteous staff and the location of the resort is their major advantage

Size of the room, since the room we have booked appeared to be very tiny, we upgraded to ac cottage but still the size of the room could have been better which was the only let down. For the price paid for ac cottage, the room is considerably small.

we didnt get the wifi connection in room. wifi is available only in reception. swimming pool was not available. but it already informed after the booking.

expensive for what you get. No WiFi in room, cold showers, can hear neighbours talking and walking at night, reception tried but I ended up arranging my own taxis etc due to incompetence
