Requested a King room, didn’t get one!! They told us Booking.com didn’t give them that information, so they couldn’t change that, very disappointed. Beds extremely uncomfortable!!!

clean, quiet, safe, good location right off interstate and near restaurants and grocery store. Also kind and friendly staff.

Good and Bad

The room seemed clean enough, but at around 11:00 PM I started having allergy problems. I called down to the front desk to ask if they have had any cats in that room (I am highly allergic to cats), and she said it didn't look like it. But, she insisted that we change rooms to the 4th floor where they seldom have animals. Most people don't understand allergies, but she was incredibly empathetic and I truly appreciate her.

We stayed at this hotel specifically for the onsite restaurant, but they were not serving food that night. The bartender was not very kind nor helpful. Reception told us we could order food to be delivered and eat in the restaurant. So, we did that but the bartender ignored me and gave us plasticware to eat our food. Eating meat with plasticware is not fun.

try other hotels. this one is not helpful except maintenance they came up quickly and were very friendly

I always stay at theses hotels but lately they are not a great experience

nothing worked in the rooms. phones, hairdryer. Room service was ridiculous. bartender stated she was by herself and could I come get it. I said no I walked with a cane and couldn’t without difficulty. She said she’d ask the front desk. she ended up bringing it but was not happy. Then wanted me to put it on my room as she got a tip and a big gratuity service charge.

Sound of running water in our room in the wall by the bathroom next to the bed sounded like water running through pipes In the wall! Night person in the restaurant was not friendly and terrible waitress!
