This is where I stay when I come to Casper. It’s always been accommodating.

I was able to bring my two grandkids to the pool.

We took a towel from the room to the pool and put it in the basket at the pool. I left a note for housekeeping but I still got charged for it.

Disappointing. The staff was not caring or smart. The room was small for the price.

Location

Advertised that it has a washer in the room, but it was a dishwasher. Not for clothes as expected. I used the laundry facilities and spent money on three cycles for drying. The machine didn’t dry my clothes. When I told the employee, she said she knew it was broken. There was no offer to refund my money. I was up all night waiting for my clothes to dry. I had to insist she put an out of order sign up on the machine.

It was a great stay and had no issues and nice and quiet.

The staff was very helpful. Rachel worked with us when we had reserved the wrong room and got us another room right away. Another lady that worked on the 21st of April also helped us out when we had trouble with the tv remote.

The setup of the bathroom was different then most hotels I have been in, but the hotel room was very nice and roomy overall.

yuck!

The room haven’t been vacuumed … there were clumps of mud and an earring on the floor. The tub was dirty… something nasty on the wall of the tub and I accidentally touched it… still grossed out.

It is a decent location.

The reservation was for two queen beds. The room we were given had one bed and a pullout. I was told the two bed reservation did not go through to the hotel’s system from booking.com. When we got to our room the door was propped open. The mattress cover for the pull out bed was stained and gross. A new cover was brought up and I was told it was clean. This cover was also stained.

For the price, you get what you pay for.

It was the most affordable room available in Billings.

The sink had a leak. The coffee and juice machines were both broken in the dining area.

The amenities listed on the website were inaccurate, there was no complimentary breakfast, the hot tub and pool were out of commission. I asked for a refund, denied.never used the room, left and will dispute charges.

the worse place to stay ever

nothing at all!!

everything. I was charged twice a few that they said would be refunded and still hasn’t. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got one bed and a couch! where is that ok??

Stayed here over 20 times before, but will never return, has gone way downhill since opening!

Not a lot we have stayed here about 20+ since opening this time was the worst ever will never come here ahain

There was no breakfast at all, was promised on website when booking but there was absolutely none provided. Was here in January and there was a breakfast but nothing this time, waste of money for us!

Bad

Staff was great. Great location. Room was big and I liked the attached kitchenette.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Shower head was so crusty and dirty I didn't even take one. The couch was so stained nasty that i couldn't sit it in. No continental breakfast.

Very nice staff. Nice big room.

Carpets very dirty in room and hallways. Eggs were cold even when she just brought them out fresh. Never any coffee in main area. Curtains didn't shut all the way to keep light out. Blood on the door frame going into the bathroom at the top. Gross!

convenient, clean place to stay.

it was clean and conveniently located. I liked that it has a refrigerator that held the contents of our cooler, a microwave and silverware.

the bedside phone didn’t work, nor did the lamp. while clean, the caulking in the bathroom is getting stained.

Beds were comfortable, rooms are a good size. For the most part staff was very pleasant.

Rooms could be much cleaner, phone in room had something spilt on it, looked like old soda, and had to be pried off its base, window sills were full of dead bugs, carpet needed to be vacuumed , towels in the pool area would be nice, community grill was disgusting, common areas were not vacuumed. When I checked out the female behind the desk was irritated that I interrupted her form her cell phone. I asked for a copy of my receipts and she huffed.

Pleasant stay

The room was perfect, and the kitchenette very useful.

Breakfast. No protein only sweet carbs, no fresh fruit and the yogurt was flavored and sweet.

Great place to stay!

Pricing great. My room was spacious and very clean. Laundry facilities had 3 washers and dryers so didn't have to wait. Jess, at the front desk, was so helpful and welcoming. First time staying at Mainstay Suites. Will be back!

Exceptional

Nice big room enjoyed the stay even though we did not get the room we booked.

Booked a double queen pet friendly room several days ahead. Arrived there later in the evening and they did not have the room we reserved instead they only had a 1 bed and a pull out non pet friendly handicap room but they did allow our dog to stay with us but it was not the room we booked Said that the reservations through booking.com always say handicap. Not sure who made the mix up?
