The lobby of the hotel was pretty beautiful.
There were homeless people near our room and that were eating the continental breakfast. It felt like a homeless shelter.

The lady that checked me in was very pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable.
My toilet wouldn’t flush so I asked for another room. Was first told they didn’t have any so I asked for my money back so I could go to a different hotel. Then they had a room to move me to I looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a very long time.

The photos online of this hotel do not correctly show what this hotel looks like. It is run down. Our toilet shifted and sounded like it was going to break every time we sat down. We had to get our own sheets and change the bed ourselves. It was horrible.

It was nice and I liked the view it had felt pretty good, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed along with great employees that were friendly
The bed sheets were kind of uncomfortable, and it wouldn’t really keep us warm, and we didn’t want to lower the AC cause it would get hot quick but other than that it was good, I guess just a better blanket or something along the lines

Staff was accommodating when we made a special request to print a document. The breakfast staff tended to business, cleaning up after guests promptly and mopping the floors when there was a spill and keeping supplies put out. The beds were comfortable.
In our 1st assigned room (on the interior of the building), the toilet was full of toilet paper unbeknownst to us prior to using it, and it wouldn't flush. We immediately called the front desk and due to the time of our arrival we were informed that there was no maintenance staff available to tend to the matter. We inquired if there was a plunger that someone could bring to the room and we were told there was none. As a result, we were moved to another room which faced the exterior of the building. In the second room, the windowsills and baseboards were covered with (days or weeks worth of) sand from outside. The bathroom toilet had fecal matter marks in the bowl and the exterior of the toilet had urine remaining from last occupants. Soap scum was remaining on the ledge in shower from last guest. The bathroom baseboards were filthy and the bathroom mirror was unclean, there were water spots all over it, and also on the furniture in the room. There was no chair to be used at the desk. The entry light didn't work, and one of the light bulbs was missing in the dual lamp between the two beds. There were no hand towels or washcloths available that could be provided, nor any bath mat. No soap or shampoo items were provided in the room, we had to go ask for them. Carpet in hallways were absolutely filthy, and were not vacuumed during the 3 days we were there . No ice maker on the third floor, and the ice maker on the first floor was not working . Guest towels left outside a guest room on 3rd floor were left for over 24 hours (still there when we departed). In the 3 days that we stayed at this hotel no vacuuming had been done of any of the carpeting. For over 24 hours, there was a cleaning cart and mop bucket left at the entry of the hotel. Trash cans at the entrance of the hotel remained full for the first two days we were there.

This was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Beyond unsafe protocols took place here. Doors intentionally left proped open throughout the entire stay. I spoke to two front desk staff members, and they said the back door needed to stay open so people could get in. I restated in front of other guests, and they planned on leaving the doors open to anyone to walk in, and they didn't see a problem with it. Every guest I walked by looked uncomfortable to be there and witnessed other guests making complaints. The only pleasant thing I recall was 1 of the front desk lady when I 1st arrived.
I have stayed at many hotels and understandably I get high in demand dates affect pricing, but $190 for a hotel with unsafe conditions, a shower that's half way working, questionable individuals lingering at back doors is where I have sworn of Red Rood Inns.
