Our room had some maintenance problems, but the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for an overnight s

The bed was comfortable, the room was large, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. Towels were thick.

TV didn’t work, toilet was coming loose from the floor, basin stopper didn’t work properly, and the bathroom exhaust fan couldn’t be shut off. Also, the tile floor needed mopping.

Great value for money.

New building, very clean and taken care of. Breakfast had a decent selection and the beds were very comfortable. Great price also.

Took a while to check in as there was only one staff member working at the time of check in.

Very satisfied!

Breakfast was very good. I traveled alone so was a little uncomfortable being alone but I was welcomed and acknowledged coming and going out so I felt better. I would definitely stay again.

Rotten Eggs!!

Everything was great, EXCEPT the breakfast!! We stayed 2 nights and no breakfast both mornings!

The one & only, first & last breakfast was horrible!!! Rotten eggs were served! They had a pungent odor and tasted awful!! Unfortunately, Mom swallowed her ONE bite and got so sick about 15 minutes later. I can't believe the Preparer could not smell the pungent odor of the eggs. He just didn't care! Also, the bowl of fresh fruit....what a joke! Orange was rotten! Had green mold on it. How was that overlooked! I should have taken a pic! By the time I went down to take a pic, breakfast was done & closed. I didn't go to the front desk to complain, as I had to go tend to mom, which got so, so sick! The plans we had changed. I had to go without her, as she remained sick, the entire day!!

Great for one-night stay or longer.

Seems like a newer property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. They serve breakfast and coffee in the morning. Check-in was quick and receptionist was very nice.

Only complaint is there was one wash rag and two bath towels in the room for four-person occupancy. It's something that is easy to resolve though.

A good place to stay for a night or 2 while you're visiting or passing through Lubbock.

The breakfast provided more options than we expected for a "Continental breakfast", as it included hot foods like sausage, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits. The location was great for us being able to access everything we needed easily.

The A/C unit was terribly noisy, so we had to turn up the temperature in the room to keep it from turning on often. The warmer room + noise level when the A/C had to kick in made it difficult to sleep.

New, modern, spacious, parking

For the money spent, I think it’s reasonable to expect 2 sets of towels, not one. Equally disappointing, it would be nice if there were hot coffee throughout the day/night; the thermoses were there with warmish coffee, if any. It would also be nice if the tables used for breakfast were cleaned after everyone is done, let alone the trash. It would really help if the night stand lamps actually worked. The last straw was the ‘ingenious ‘ shower switch without instructions on how to turn it on; they know about the problem!!! When I went to the front desk to ask how to operate the shower, the receptionist picked up a water spout and demonstrated the mechanism. Why not simply provide instructions at check-in?!

Beds and pillows are great, towel clean and soft

The room was in rough shape, coffee maker missing pieces, all decaf coffee, fridge turned all the way down, huge crack in tile in shower, big gash in drywall behind chair, requested room in back on 4th floor, got co formation and got room on 3rd floor on hwy side...literally opposite of what I requested...front desk guy barely spoke English or was just rude, either way poor communicator

Good experience overall with minor issues.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Parking was inadequate. There was someone with camper attached that took up 9 parking spots leaving no room for other guests. We had to park in the dirt field/lot next to the parking lot. There were crumbs on the table in our room when we walked in. The shower lost hot water very quickly. We could have used more than 1 towel.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable.

No coffee in the morning when we got our breakfast. It was being made but took longer than we had time.
