Just passing through on a road trip, but decided to stay for a couple days to explore the area. It’s a beautiful area

All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was a little worn in the room, but clean. It’s a bit of a drive to get to town center and there is no bus service.

I am very very much satisfied with my stay and will be returning.

It’s was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. They were very nice and friendly. The price was very affordable.

Online check-in and a comfortable room

I wish I had known about the fitness center renovation when I booked my stay. Finding out about it on the day of my arrival was disappointing, as I’d have liked the opportunity to explore other options beforehand. Also, the booking confirmation e-mail and booking.com said the check-out time was 1 pm, so I made plans accordingly. However, I received a call from hotel staff at noon asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. It turned out that the time on booking.com wasn’t correct. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating and extended my stay till 1 pm.

Fitness center closed. Business center closed. Loud construction noises in adjacent room until 6 pm. Wi-Fi wouldn't work. Sink would not drain.

Comfortable, clean and great staff

Breakfast and gym… also the bed was comfortable. Staff exceptional

The heat only blew cool air…but we seemed warm enough. I think in the future I would request not being on the first floor or next to the gym.

Walla, Walla Visit

Since we were traveling with small children, it was nice to have a bathroom with a tub in it. So many places don't offer tubs anymore. Breakfast, was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. The coffee station, was especially enjoyed by my husband, who is an avid coffee connoisseur.

Our room smelled like stinky feet. Perhaps a good rug deodorizer, might be helpful. The elevator floor was pretty dirty.

The property was nice, but I asked for a wheelchair accessible unit and I did not get it. My mother is in a wheelchair and it was very hard to maneuver.

Our wine weekend was a success.

Breakfast was great.

First room had a broken AC so the room just blew hot air. After several hours of us experimenting the front desk had us move next door to a new room. Problem solved. Could use more baggage carts.

The room was nice and the staff was nice. The only things I did not like were the turbine and cold.

I was unable to control the cold room. The “heater” was always blowing cold air regardless of the setting on the thermostat setting I had to turn it off. Also there was some kind of engine or turbine noise starting up on the roof? Or somewhere close to my room. Irritating.
