Great location, good value
On 6/23, as I was checking out, I observed an interation between a heavily tattooed young male employee at front desk and a woman customer trying to check in. The employee was dismissive, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The issue could probably have been resolved with a call to the Manager/owner. This employee also quoted a company policy that just didn't seem feasible...that for a prepaid multiday room reservation if you didnt show for the first night you forfeited the room and your payment for the remaining days of the reservation. The customer also told this employee that she had informed the manager in advance that she was not coming the first night and had his name and contact info for verification. The employee said this manager was unavailable and there was nothing he could or would do and that a6he could call the corporate office if she wanted to pursue this. This was undoubtedly one of the worst customer interactions I have witnessed in years. And I am not sure retraining will help because I don't think the employee is particularly interested in this job or wants to keep it.

The location was nice. Breakfast was great.
The price was a bit excessive. People were stomping over our room being too loud. We had to ask to be moved to another room.

That we had to pay 400 deposit for one night, and we had to wait for about 20 min for someone to help us while the housekeepers all 4 of them where fighting yealling and talking smack out loud in front of guests and rooms weren't ready when we got there around 3pm they had to give us a different room

Nice indoor pool; very good complimentary breakfast; large rooms.
Right next to freeway - room we were given faced traffic. Also 1st floor rooms are pretty gloomy. Would request room at back of property next time that does not face traffic.

We stayed for 2 nights. We didn’t get towels for the second night.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating besides the OWNER who works as the night manager as well. The only thing we liked were the other staff besides the owner. Un-Quality Inn. UNQUALITY.
I was in town to help pack my parents who are moving to the east coast. The owner is on a power trip, calls with fake noise complaints, and threatened the "Removal" of me & my sleeping children (who hadn't moved or stepped and were ASLEEP) at 8:30pm on our 2nd night. It was extremely upsetting. He accused me of calling him an idiot, which I didn't. He also hung up on me twice after he called me. When I realized this was a misunderstanding and it wasn't our room being loud and he misheard or imagines things - I asked to either be moved to alleviate the tension/or to complain about the complaining neighbors because we genuinely hadn't stepped or moved in the 5-min span that the owner was harassing me. He told me "I would never waste another room on you" and got super pissed about me thinking his name was "Carlito" bc I had met that person in the morning and to no fault of his own I misunderstood that to be the owner. Well, the real owner WAS VERY TRIGGERED at the thought of Carlito being mistaken as the owner because when I said that, he flipped out. I was trying to bring his anger down and be like "oh yeah we spoke this morning," and squash the misunderstanding. My kids were asleep until he said we would be removed. My 6yr daughter woke up and felt so much anxiety about the fake complaints that she threw up. I also asked the owner if I could come to the front desk to just chat in person ( bc he clearly can't hear if he thought I called him an idiot.) He told me NO, that a paying guest was NOT allowed to come to the front desk. I should have called the police at this point. I didn't, I went to the front to clear it bc this was truly the most wild situation I've ever been in. It happened so quickly that I felt I could discuss it with him calmly.

I liked it’s location. On and off freeway was easy and you could get anywhere quickly. It’s also right next door to police station.

The location was good. It was close to the place where my conference was being held.
I have stayed at other Quality Inn franchises and the quality of the stay was much better than at this one. There was no daily housekeeping here, you had to request it, and the housekeeping staff seems to be few in number. So garbage piled up for the three days that I was there. The carpets both in the rooms and the hallways were not clean. I had to request housekeeping to come vacuum my room. There was no bed making service, and the over-all room was not all that clean when I arrived. Some of the drawers for my clothes were dirty. So I has to use just one. The bath seemed to have been wiped down as opposed to having been cleaned after the previous guest. I wanted to take a bath to relax and decided against sitting in the tub. The TV in my room did not work, so the front desk had to find me another room. The breakfast did not included any non-dairy options which other Quality Inns have had, and the choices of food seemed to be the very cheapest. I was not expecting a five star hotel in a Quality Inn, but this place fell short of the basics and bordered on feeling like a truck stop joint. I would not stay here again.

Staff was great, guy at front desk was incredibly friendly, funny, helpful and kind. Pool was spacious and kids loved that there was actually toys .
R oom was fine, but could hear loud room above us. Talking, jumping stomping at midnight
