Booked through booking and paid extra money that said breakfast included and they still wanted to charged 15 dollars a person for breakfast so dont get tricked into the e tra money!

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

absolutely nothing

when I booked online, I booked a 2 king suite. I get there and get told that they have no rooms after a long drive to get there. was told that they don’t even have rooms with two king beds in them, he doesn’t know why the website even says that… was told at first there was nothing that could be done. then the guy puts us into a room that was supposably just remodeled and the only thing it was missing was a trash can. for THE SAME PRICE AS OUR KING PRICE! didn’t offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience or anything..get into the room and it was not a remodeled room. the tub was all rusty, paint pealing off the walls, the fridge wasn’t keeping anything cold and the beds were so uncomfortable so we checked out instead of staying. we were told we were going to get a refund because we checked out and didn’t stay the two days that we paid for. that was Sunday and we still have yet to receive a refund. this was the worst stay in a hotel that I have ever had!! will never stay here again! clearly states in my reservation TWO KING BEDS

great hotel, great location, great value

The location is under remodeling currently - we stayed in newly renovated room and it was great. Very clean, very comfy. Central Location. Staff was very friendly - great value for the money.

Just wish we had a more relaxed schedule to enjoy the property more.

not much dirty, pool is dried out under maintenance the room was badly maintained. rotten cabinet and rusty bathtub

the facility is not clean, need a serious maintenance. The bathtub at 312 was rusty and was peeling off the bottom. The cabinet was rotting out and the bedsheets stinks like it has not been washed. the room smell smoked

Everything was very clean. Room smelled amazing.

Paid $150/night and there wasn’t even an option for a free simple breakfast option. Beds were like sleeping on a rock. Pillows were horrible. Water pressure was terrible. Parking was questionable. Decent hotel but would not stay here again for this price.

everything sucks, elevetors sound like about to fall off, they charge me too much, the tub and sink wont drain on the “jr suite” and to top it off i got charged for the “continental breKfast” almost 20 bucks on top of the not so cheap hotel room.

Great location- staff was semi-rude and overwhelmed with the volume of hotel guests.

Great variety-- however when I checked in the night before the breakfast vouchers were not provided. Had to call later to confirm that we would have breakfast in the morning. Also, it was NOT explained if t breakfast was in the hotel lobby or casino.

Communication from staff (checking in/checking out and breakfast servers) was LACKING-- had to call/request the breakfast vouchers, parking was DIFFICULT. This was our first time staying in this location-- customer service in ALL areas could be improved. When I asked or inquired the vibe given back was that I was bothering them.

Ok so the hot tub was dirty the room was small ok then tv went out they sent some one up and didn't fix it so we didn't have tv then we tryed to get breakfast they said it wasn't included and it was the lady was real rude I paid 200 for one night and I probably never stay here again

Breakfast was good. Most staff was very friendly. Place was clean

Bed was very uncomfortable. Paid for 2 king beds, but received 1 king bed and a roll away. 1 staff member was kind rude and unhelpful. Asked for things and he never brought them.

Musty odor upon entering the room. No drapes to block sunlight or outside lights at night. Room cleaning is upon request and I have to go to the front desk to get supplies like coffee, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Breakfast not included.
