The receptionist Kristi was outstanding. The entry was clean and nice to look at. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
I was a bit suprised by the size of the room. It was a bit on the small side. Also when I book an accessable room there was no walk in shower. The shower was still a step into tub.

Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. Perfect location for our visit!
I specifically chose this hotel because it has an outdoor pool - the pool was empty!!
3.5
It was very friendly and relatively nice.
Had problems getting hot water to come on and pool was not available when said it would be.
4.5
First of all....Kristi, at the front desk, was was very friendly and helpful to everyone I saw her interact with , including myself. In fact, everyone I encountered was friendly. Also, the breakfast was quite good. It was nice to have that right on-site.
Our pug, Larry, was traveling with us and was happy to be along. No complaints. On a side note....I worked here at "The University Club" (cocktail waitress/bartender) while I was in college in 1985-87 and the place has really changed. It looks great! Now, there's a Houlihan's attached. The Hotel sits on one of the main streets thru town and is centrally located, right across from campus. Have Fun!

location was perfect, right across the street from campus
really loud - could hear each time someone in hotel flushed the toilet, showered, or walked down the hallway. construction noise past 9:00pm was frustrating. weird spotlights shining on our windows made it impossible to block out light.
3.5
Room was clean
curtains did not block out any of the light, the people next door sounded like they were in our room, price of the room was more than what a typical room should be for that hotel.
3.5
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room, including the bathroom, needs updated. The heater was noisy and either too hot or cold, very uneven.

Excellent location, right across the street from the Student Union and 3 blocks from Aggieville

rooms were very small
we paid more for room because we were going to football game and it was conveniently located. Almost checked us out of room because of poor communication between staff. I was told by one staff person our room didn’t include breakfast, then I found out on last day, it did.

difficulty with checking in, they said it had to do with Booking.com.

Very good breakfast.

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and kind. Very nice pool. Pretty quiet unless you have kids upstairs. Any amenities I needed were available and the breakfast served next door was great. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. WiFi was fast enough for me to work while I was there as well and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
I didn't like leaving.

Breakfast was okay. There could be a bit more healthy options to choose from.
There was makeup on one of the pillows.
They could have explained the wifi situation better at the beginning of the stay. We followed the online directions to enter the room number and last name, but that's not how it was done at this location. They had a specific code to enter.
3.0
The shower did not drain properly. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast was way over priced as the food options were minimal, poorly cooked.

room was right outside the elevator and it was VERY LOUD with guests through the middle of the morning

One of the best hotel beds I’ve experienced.
I did not like towels. If you are tall watch out for the ceilings and doorways. I was charged for two nights and stayed only 1. The day I checked in there was a problem with their register so I will have to call and address this since the extra charge has not fallen off.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but I primarily interacted with a young red-haired gentleman, and he was friendly, positive, and helpful for each interaction. The location was convenient.
The shower curtain had a very strong mildew odor. I bought some perfume at Target to spray the shower curtain so it did not smell so bad. I stayed for three nights and not once did housekeeping make/change my bed or bring me clean towels.

I loved how comfortable and quiet the hotel was. We had a great night's sleep. I also appreciated how there is a restaurant connected to the hotel.
N/A. Everything was awesome.

There was a heavy scent of oil in the hallways and elevator. Very unpleasant.
