Overall, our stay was comfortable.

The hotel was right off the interstate 49 which made it easy to get to from the freeway for people not familiar with the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I missed the cinnamon rolls that I use to count on at Holiday Inn Hotels. On my last night there, I saw large ant in the bathroom.

Ice machine was broken, housekeeping only visits if you request it, vending machine had only 3 products, the pool was closed because a storm had come through hours before. Refused to open it even after storms had come through and there was a clear forecast for the rest of the day/night.

Morning front desk was very nice

it was very noisy - both from outside street and the rooms next to me. The air conditioner didn’t work and the refrigerator rattled and was very noisy

i visit down there maybe 4 times out of the year its safe to say i want be coming back to this place

so the staff was nice. the people that cooked the food was very nice and welcoming i think the white lady was in training she was super cool and the blk lady was very nice and funny.

the bugs the bugs the dam bugs. it was lady bugs everywhere all in the room they was lined up in a corner. and all on the walls outside in the hallway. for 191 a night i was pissed

Could have been better.

Primary bed was comfortable.

Fridge didn’t work and wasn’t clean. Room was clean-only at first glance. Stains on carpet, coffee down the wall, floor not vacuumed. Blinds would not go all the way down and the lights outside are very bright! Asked for blankets/pillows for pull out couch, no sheets available.

nice hotel looked like it had been updated recently

we where put in a hanicapped room and the blinds would not work, the bed had a large hole in the middle so we rolled to the middle all night and could hardly get out of the bed.

Needs to be about $50 cheaper to feel like it’s worth the money.

Good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out of service. Vent fan was broken which triggered smoke detector with steam from shower.

Disappointing

Air conditioner did not cool like it should Tile floor was sticky. Carpet fitly. The bathtub had not mats and was very slippery. Other peoples hair around toilet. Disappointed

I would not recommend.

One of the staff offered to make more egg frittata when I saw him make it for a man. However, the inside cheese was still frozen when he brought them out to eat.

It was overpriced for its value. I don’t believe the bedding was fresh and new; my bottle of body lotion was half empty; the laundry bag was used and crumpled; the greeting hostess was cold and unpleasant.

DON’T Stay here😳

It was near an ihop . I had a problem with my booking app saying I was booked for a double queen room, but when I got there I was told they had no such room available. they could technically let me stay in their king suit and be charged the extra frees in the morning. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed , the young lady at the counter was sweet , kind and courteous.

The air conditioner was about to break so it made a terrible noise all night, there were no shampoo, body wash or conditioner in the room. In the morning we woke up hot because the air went out and I still had to deal with the extra fees . luckily I called Booking.com and they fixed the issue. they told the hotel they couldn’t charge me more , they were too have provided me the room on the app or an upgrade but absolutely not charge me for the mistake. Then me and my sons got Down stairs I was told I couldn’t get my receipt because their printer was on the Frits . The new young lady said she’d have to email me my receipt and said she’d give us 500 + bonus points on my IHG app asked for my account info. Said it’s the least she could do since I was a member even though I booked with Booking.com. It’s now two days later , NO EMAIL, NO POINTS . No NOTHING. Stay away from this hotel . IT was a terrible experience.

it was an okay stay but not worth the $150

Close to gas stations and restaurants

the room was completely dirty, the sheets had dirt and hair in them, the rooms smelt. there was stuff all over the floor in both rooms

asked property to cancel room reservations since site and actual system were not aligned.

location would’ve been ideal

the site stated dbl (double beds available) but when I called to confirm my reservation I was told they only had kings.
