Elevator is old and slow, sometimes out of order, turn out clime stairs up and down everyday. Whole building smell old but room is clean. Walk into lobby feel like checking in Super 8

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was great, rooms were clean.

The room was warm, despite the thermostat being turned down as low as possible. When I called the front desk, they offered to bring a fan. When they did that, I asked if they would check to make sure I was using the thermostat correctly. She said I was, and I stated that it had been at the lowest setting for hours, and the room was still not cool. Her answer was that she had felt worse. I thought that wasn't a very good answer for the issue.

The room was very clean and cozy! The place was located by everything! Breakfast was great every morning. The staff was amazing and very nice. This is a great place for a family because of the kitchen and close proximity to Costco! We had a blast exploring the area! Definitely coming back soon!

Perfect customer service Free Breakfast was amazing Easy access to the door entrance as well as the elevator. Our room was very cozy and had every electrical devises for our usage. Iron, blow dryer, coffee pot sheets we’re comfortable n pillows too. The view out the window was nice!

I didn’t like the air conditioner /. Heater. I was not working to my standards. It was around 11:00pm and there was a bunch of kids running up n down the hallway and they even banged on our door. They were shelling and laughing. We didn’t like that at all.

Excellent Stay

Every year we go to flower mound for the pumpkin patch and we always book this hotel because, it is always clean, comfortable, safe, the serve amazing breakfast, and the pool is always clean. The staff is also friendly and courteous.

Towneplace Suites will always be my first choice

First time for us to stay at Towneplace Suites and we loved it. I used to think this hotel brand wasn't good (I don't know why---maybe the name didn't sound classy to me). Oh man, I was so wrong. We walked into our room and we couldn't believe what we saw: a very large room with 2 separate bedrooms+closets, 3 TV sets, a dining table with 4 chairs, a large living area with a sofa bed, a well furnished kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, silverware, glasses...the whole thing one can expect to find in a kitchen. We were impressed. The beds were comfy. The hotel has an outdoor basketball court where my son could play. The breakfast was nice. The whole place was clean. Quite happy I chose this hotel and from now on, Towneplace Suites will always be my first choice when looking for a play to stay.

The bathroom was a little bit small but I won't complain about it when I consider the size of the room and bedrooms.
