Never recommend to some one else

all in all not a bad stay but if you have special needs, get a lot of info from the hotel itself

breakfast was quite good. very nice variety we had a handicap room that was convenient for everything including parking

the discription of handicap facilities turned out to have been a little vague our room did not have a walk-in shower as indicated the main disappointment came from the beds being too high with no way to pull oneself up and into bed we fortunately had a stepstool in the car that helped there were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom though

Comfort it was

Ace and his staff had the best personality an communication you could ask. Very clean and the aroma was Lavander therefore it was 💯 peaceful!!! Will stay on every visit. Thank Ace and staff...

close to restaurants

the Tv did not work and they charge my credit card for the deposit amount and when I called they were rude and said they refunded it the money and it was my credit card banks responsibility

poor customer service

nothing due to the airport cancelled flights, they brought passengers here to stay free of charge, it was so packed and the line was so long, we couldn’t even get to the front door to check in and they refused to cancel and reimburse rate paid. I even provided a picture of long line, still no reimbursement spoke to manager etc.

Terrible room service, filthy rooms, disappointing

The breakfast was very routine, but the eggs were terrible. They were either rubbery poached discs or plain omelets with cheese in the middle and the cheese was inedible. The waffle machine was great. They had yogurt. Most of the pastries were Hostess brand Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Honey Buns.

A hotel stay should include daily maid service. I stayed 12 nights and had to request service on 10 of those days. The manager was very apologetic, but the problem continued throughout my stay. The property itself was okay in the lobby, but the rooms were dirty. The tub had black mold in the corners. The furniture was ripped and worn badly in multiple areas. The lighting was terrible and the one light that was burned out, was never replaced (even when it was brought to the manager's attention.) None of the outlets near the bed worked well which the manager blamed on a family who had just stayed in the room. Every complaint I made was addressed in some way quickly, but it became a daily problem. They seem to be under the impression that rooms only need to be serviced occasionally, even when the guest requests it daily.

Won’t go back!

Bathtub was full of water from leaking shower head. Hair was on tub and floor. Only one light worked in room and air conditioning was cool.

The access from the freeway was good

There was no remote for our TV, no cleaning or refreshed towels, nor breakfast. Room was not very clean and fixtures were rusted.

This is a nightmare crack hotel.

Nothing.

Nasty, trashy site. underwear and a rubber matte in tree outside window. condoms and some goopy substance in nightstand drawer. entire place smelled like urine. NO REAL COFFEE. Rusted and broken fixtures and handles. No obvious signs of ever being cleaned. we left after first night. waste of money.
