The location downtown is amazing!
I was located on the 5th floor. I had a king Jr suite River facing room. The fire alarm kept going off. It went off every 45mins or so. No noise just the flashing. Maintenance came up and immediately said this was an ongoing issue that the hotel staff were aware of. I guess booking out for the 4th of July was more important than customer service. I have epilepsy so the flashing strobe light was not safe nor did it live up to the close to $400/night I spent to stay here. I have stayed at this hotel before for the 4th as it over looks the river and has the best view in town of the fireworks display but something has changed. It seems the hotel values the dollar more than paying customers. People were able to walk in off the street purchase wrist bands to access the pool. While they were limiting guests to only 2 wristbands and anything above must be purchased. Room service refused the answer the phone the entire stay. I was lucky enough to get a front desk manager that took my order and walked it over to the kitchen. The food was great! While i did encounter a few instances of great customer service the overall stay left a very poor taste. Will not be returning to this property.

Chambre et la salle de bain commencent à dater
Le prix de 37$ pour le parking alors qu’il y a de place partout dans la rue

Lobby and bar was beautifully laid out. The free coffee in the morning was very good. Outside area was good with pool and view of the Mississippi
Rooms need an update. Whilst comfortable they are tired

the location was close to where we were visiting
The overall experience. Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 and our room still was not ready. We waited in the lobby for another our before we finally got a room after by boyfriend explained his displeasure over the wait.

Pas grand chose !!!
Chambre petite. Piscine sans équipement. Service valet pour la voiture peu efficace.
2.0

I liked the location. The staff was friendly and was helpful to a point. They seemed somewhat overly casual in their responsibilities.
The entire place was really dirty! Our first room had bed bugs. Which was confirmed thru the front desk and management was informed. They then moved us to a nicer cleaner (but not totally) room with a view on the other side of the hotel. Our first room had broken wood on the bottom of the tv cabinet and was splintered across the front of the doors of the cabinet and the shears were torn and hanging loose from the rod for about 18 inches. The bed skirts were not on the bed properly and layed half all over the floor. The headboards had large areas of missing paint and were scratched all up. The carpet and bathroom were not clean and the tile floors were sticky.
The replacement room was better but still had tiles in the bath that were falling out and black mold running all around them. The toilet ran and had a brown circle with run down the sides of yuck (form of mold maybe). The tile floor was sticky.
The dinning area was nice but the floor had a brown hue that dulled it with mud dobs left throughout it as well as spilled coffee or soda marks that had also splashed on the walls. It was dried on so not done that morning. My glass and silverware were dirty as well. The reception area had large amounts of balled up dirt and hair(???) under the chairs and couch (Wheels and leg breaking). And the elevators were consistently dirty! Walls and floor had stuff on all three of them! Even then the ceiling air vents had build up of gray fuzzy stuff on them. I just don't think the cleaning is well taken care of in general..

The hotel itself was nice
Valet was not available when I came and I parked somewhere I wasn’t supposed to park. Asked at front desk and he said I parked in correct location but that morning I learned upon checkout my car probably was booted. Poor night staff service and parking

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable!
When I arrived the room was not ready. The clerk said he checked me in & told me he would come to get me once the room was ready. I waited 45 minutes, I went back to the front desk & the room was still not ready! I spoke to a manger, she offered me free breakfast. The room was finally ready, but I was not checked in. I spent another 15 minutes standing in line while they figured out why it wasn’t showing. I finally made it to my room an hour & 30 minutes after I arrived. My check out was no better. I checked out & sat in lobby waiting for the valet attendant to retrieve my vehicle. The front desk clerk runs over to say I did not have a credit card on file to pay for parking. I explained I did & I was told I did not. She got a manager she found my card on file & charged me for the valet parking. I checked out on 12/23, I still have a hold on my account & the charges for the valet parking. I was told the $50 hold would be used for parking & the difference would be refunded. It was an overall horrible experience.

I enjoyed the view the food the breakfast food was very nice the bartending service was very nice I got to give it five stars just because of the location in the walking distance from majority of everything that you would like to experience and see

The staff was nice and friendly. Open doors and very helpful.
The trip was set to relax. First of all we were not told that there was no parking at the property we had to pay and park across the street. Secondly the phone not the tv work in our room. We couldn’t leave the property to go anywhere because there was no guarantee of keeping the spot we paid $25 for. Third the elevator didn’t work when it was time to check out, had to walk down seven flights without warning or any other options.

Staff was very friendly and helped out anytime they were asked.
In the pool area there was somebody playing loud vulgar rap music and the staff took no effort to stop him or shut him down. It was really something that should have been addressed because they were young children from ages of six to 15 there. We actually left the pool area because of it

The location is wonderful. Breakfast was nice, staff super pleasant and helpful.
It's very much outdated. I saw the other comments before booking and thought perhaps it's just normal wear and tear but no, they really do need to update their furniture and rooms. My shower curtain was too short so I had a small river after each shower -- lots of rust on the tubs, furniture is dated and should be replaced.

The room was comfortable and the location was amazing, walking distance to everything. The view was also really cool overlooking the Mississippi River.
I did not like that Valet parking was the only option for guests but it was provided at an affordable price.

That booking.com didn't release the info to hotel and it took a call and 45 minutes to check in not hotels fault

some front staff not very friendly (others were great), rooms are tiny, shower wasn’t very good, not worth the price for a Hilton.

location, valet, staff (minus customer service staff). the staff that help with luggage, valet, restaurant, bar, room service were all great and very friendly.
customer service was not good at all. they were very unenthusiastic and have short answers/information. they seemed like robots. even after my stay I called to get an receipt for my charged I had forgotten to get and they couldn’t help me. rooms seemed a bit dated. dust build up on walls, chipped paint on doors, worn spots on headboard, table legs loose.

Great facility and near to everything perfect location.
Cleaning staff busted in our room at 920am. Our checkout was 11am. We were busted in on in a compromising situation! Horrible situation!
