Didn’t have breakfast at hotel
Soap and tray for it were slimey. Need to get a new kind of soap dish. Didn’t like having to pay to park my car.

I liked being able to walk out my door and walk right down to the beach and the pool was great for the kids and they offered lots of activities for kids
For the price of the room it was not really the greatest bed we’re uncomfortable and rooms were more of a hotel rooms had a weird smell and very small

The pool was ok
The toilet wasn’t clean , no hot water ..

The beach which Riviera cannot take credit for. Location was good.
Reception staff very poor, not very friendly or helpful. Cleaning staff very helpful and nice. Room was musty, fittings and fixtures very old and lots of maintenance needed. Breakfast was way over priced. One of us had to sleep in a rusty roll away bed even though we booked for 5 people. We stayed in 2 other establishments in the US for similar lengths and this cost over $1000 more for way poorer standards.

everything in this place is excellent! we are delighted with the view! I was only sad because I paid for the room with the terrace, and they put me on the top floor! my husband prefers it on top! more because of our daughter I preferred below! other than that it's ok!
I didn't like the breakfast!
as I'm Brazilian, I usually eat tastier things! I didn't have much choice, and it was super expensive for little!

Food was expensive but great. Loved being on the beach. Pools and hot tub were great as well. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly.
The only thing off was that the hand towel rack next to the sink was coming off the wall and the bathroom towel rack was coming apart.

indoor pool and private beach.
The bathroom is bad and the room on the second floor let me down a lot.
No restaurants, poor breakfast.

Facilities in beach, and pools! Didn’t use bikes but was impressed to see them there! The staff was exceptional!(and when I see that in a review I always think the review was “planted” BY staff!😄) Pleasant breakfast. Location is what brought us here; perfect. Room was not newly done. but clean and comfortable. Appreciated Keurig in the room!
Nothing.
(would appreciate availability of creamers other than packet type.)

great location and very clean. staff is very helpful
the parking fee was annoying to say the least. being hit with a surprise $50 fee at check in felt very sneaky. just include it in the rate! don’t add it in as a fee later. we have stayed here three times and this was the first time we got hit with a parking fee it just felt like you were trying to pull one over. not good!!!!!

The tiki hut was great, but hours sporadic. breakfast restaurant was great one day and not so much the next, due to different chefs. Location wonderful.
Room poor quality.old/dingey. outlets not working, plumbing in sink and tub back wards, I requested a first floor unit for medical reasons, they told me only 2nd, yet they came up with 1st. floor.

It was a beautiful place even though it rained during our stay.
Having to pay for 25 dollars per day for parking after paying for room ..

Very dated, ugly bathrooms, bad customer services, couldn’t even tell how to go to Martha’s Vineyard, less than average restaurants once you find it, all for a high price

We did not have breakfast on-site
I think the rooms could receive a make over. Also, the website shows drinks being delivered to patrons on the beach chairs. I was really excited about that, but it didn't seem to be an option when I was there.

it was right on the private beach. didn’t even have to move the car
was a little upset we had to pay 25.00 a night for parking. I never had to pay for parking at a motel if I was a guest

Where was it? We didn't know there was breakfast.

the bed was not as plush and soft as most hotels, kind of hard…

It has a nice location by the ocean. Place has its own beach and two swimming pools.
When I went to my room the door was open (not just unlocked but actually open) but thankfully nobody was in the room. One of the small towels were used and hung over the curtain bar. Not sure if it was from previous person or some staff took a quick shower before our arrival. The room had heavy chemical/chlorine smell throughout our stay. The rooms and facilities are very outdated (old furnitures, small TV, doors would open/close without a strong push, plastic patio chairs). It overall had a motel vibe to it. The bar was closed. They have dedicated beach but you pay for parking so that pretty much makes up for the beach entrance fee that you would pay anywhere else. And ocean is cleaner towards Provincetown area in my experience.
