Underwhelmed

The location is beautiful and convenient.

The lack of response to issues. Also was not aware that the pool, hot tub, indoor pool, AND BATHROOMS Were closed for renovations when i booked.

The pool and cleanliness

Price is over priced The rooms need to be upgraded , renewed , upgrader Payed over 500 $ usd a night , defiantly not a 5 star for that price ! Felt like a 3 star but with the price of a 5 star hotel Also the parking fee! 25$ parking fee? I payed over 1200$usd for 2 nights , the Peking fee was a nice bonus!

Horrific!

We checked into the hotel for 10 mins, the rate was over $600/night. The room was filthy, smelled horrible. We laid in the bed after a long night just to relax a minute & I immediately broke into hives from something in the room. We weren’t even there 10 mins and left. We told the front desk and they told us they would refund us for the problem and then after the fact told booking.com no refund. Calling my bank.

that they charged me again after I had already paid and I told them I did. spoke to booking and my credit card and I had paid then they never came to me saying it was a mistake. I had to go to them. charged me for 2 cars when I had 1. then when they credit me back kept the fee charges I had already paid. it’s to bad. I was gonna have my daughter go with her family but after being charged and the problems with that. I have no confidence in the hotel. I don’t trust them.

No food included. Liked the nice staff. The view and pools were fine.

It was OK. It should include breakfast for the cost. Dated rooms with lumpy pillows. Fan didn't work. Lights didn't work. No frills either. Needed more towels at pools. Hot tub fine but 104 is too hot for children.

Great stay with friendly staff and awesome beds.

The beds and the pillows were wonderfull. The staff was excellent.

The bathroom could have been updated. Bottled Water should have been replaced and the room was a it pricey.There could have been more sinage to get to the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the next door resturaunt. There was no ramp to get to the beach.

Serenity on the Cape!

The ambiance and serenity of the resort couples with the service and courteous staff would make it an easy decision to return!

No real issues to complain about and we had a WONDERFUL TIME!

we loved the location of the property and the fabulous beach. It’s located in a neighborhood so you don’t have the tourist distraction also love that it had a restaurant on the property so you didn’t have to leave at all in the food was amazing .the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly

Pricey stay, average room, great location and layout , friendly staff.

Location was great, beautiful beach, close to family attractions. I also enjoyed the surf side grill right next to the pool and over looking the beach.

Paying extra for parking I thought was ridiculous and you didn’t even get a designated spot near your room so you always to to drive around looking for a new spot. I also didn’t like that the room did not have a microwave.

A great place to vacation with nice large and clean rooms and a beautiful beach

Your property is clean inside and well maintained on the outside. You have two pools and a beautiful ocean. the chairs are very comfortable and attractive on the beach. The kids that were working were cordial and very polite!!

Our stay was too short to further enjoy it more!!

the rooms were old, the towels were like sandpaper, my daughter got bit in the face by a bug during the night and her face swelled I almost had to bring her to the hospital. for the premium price, I would expect a bit more!!!

Location of room. Walk out the door and ocean was right there.

Weather, which I realize resort has no control over was tough. Extremely windy. Being charged for parking without being told. (this was later credited back after a call to prop mgt) While the location of room was great, the fact that it was half below street level allowed for wind and tracking of sand into the room. Needed to run heat, which was loud.

Nice place ... value?

Beach and location great ... the overall impression of grounds is very good ..room was neat and clean comfortable .... bed sheets fresh well done ... nice view .... obvious work put into keeping up

Ok .. the room was fine but the bathroom needs update ... both faucets were too hard for wife to pull on ... seriously ... rm 409 ... asked for a queen bed got 2 doubles ...

Really, all we can say it was a great vacation break and would go again.

We likes everything that we checked above. The place was really nice, staff friendly, views spectacular.

Bathrooms - way too little. No room to move around or barely sit on the toilet.

The building doesn’t suffice the cost

Breakfast?

Our room was not as described in the booking. It was a room off to the side of the office and not on the ocean side as described in the booking. The resort made right on this and moved us for our 2nd night which was great however this meant moving out and in the car for the day to re check in and we had to buy new clothes to make a family dinner event without wrinkled clothes. The location is great the rooms are antiquated for a $1100 price tag
