Our stay at this hotel was awful and disgusting, and we felt unclean after leaving.

Nothing!!!!

This hotel is awful!!!! The room was dirty and dingy. The furniture was old, dated, and in need of repair. The bathroom had some sort of white material on the floor which looked like spackle from the walls or ceiling. The toilet leaked water onto the floor whenever it was flushed. The bathtub had rust and caulking that was disgustingly filthy all around it. The carpet in the hallways and in the room was dirty and stained! This hotel offered a shuttle service on their website that did NOT exist. Overall, this hotel should be condemned!

Just Awful

The room was absolutely shoddy,unclean,and the children were cold all night because the heat wouldn't work in the room. Called the front desk for assistance and was told nobody was available to check the heater,and all other rooms were occupied- so we couldn't switch rooms. Plaster was falling from the ceiling area near top of the window! Mold also present. The kitchenette sink had hair in it and was clogged all nite. Couldn't use it. Was disgusting. The pull-out couch had a big hole in it and the measly 4 inch mattress on it was horrendous- all springs sticking upwards!! Also,there were no blankets or extra pillows to use!Just unacceptable all the way around! Will be contacting the general manager tomorrow.I intend on receiving a full refund for this horrible experience! This hotel shouldn't be renting this room out in the deplorable condition it's in! We wanted to leave immediately, unfortunately for us,we couldn't- due to prior commitment in the area the next day. I will never recommend this place to anyone! I'll warn them to stay away.

comfortable bad, but upsetting about the pool

The free breakfast was good and the bad was comfortable.

Some of the furniture in the room was wobbly and a lot of the maintenance looked like it was done in a sloppy way. Also, we stayed for the pool but it didn’t open up until 3 o’clock so we never got to enjoy it.

Rooms were falling apart and getting creamers was like a drug deal!

The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was decent

The rooms were a mess the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in and there were holes in the wall where outlets were ripped out. The beds were so uncomfortable and there was little to no place to store things. The refrigerator did not fit in the space it was in and rocked every time you opened it. The front desk was often left empty and the flavored creamers were not put out because the housekeepers steal them as per an employee that snuck them out to us!

Very comfy hotel with good breakfast

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Appreciated the 24h supply of coffee and hot water.

I tried to walk from the Airport and got lost. Maybe a sign by the exit or some stairs down from the walkway in the air?

Disappointing

Location

Bulbs out in bathroom, electrical sockets not working, one usb port functional, didn’t notify us the pool wasn’t available but got me to stay when checking in as they said it might be tomorrow. Little did I know they were waiting for city checks for weeks already. I only booked for pool. Disappointed

It was dirty, run-down, and desperately needs a make-over The pool was off limits which was one of the main reasons we booked there. Only 1 elevator worked.

Unfortunately, it was bad. It was bad.

Joseph at the front desk did everything reasonably possible to accommodate guests needs he was professional at all times and helpful the main issue we had was the first room we were given, the door was not on the hinges properly, the phone did not work, the couch, tattered and saggy, and the room is not clean. Joseph immediately got us another room, which was better, but not much all of the furniture throughout the hotel appears to be worn, dirty, and tattered rugs throughout or not vacuumed or shampooed I don’t mind Spartan rooms so long as it’s clean and this hotel was not clean at all again, Joseph was the one saving grace to keep everyone happy through the entire visit. He should be given a raise the house keeping staff needs to be retrained or increase the number of staff.

In the first room we were given the door did not hang on the hinges, properly, phone did not work, furniture was tattered and not clean. Overall, furniture throughout the hotel was tattered, worn, dirty, and shabby. Rugs throughout were or not shampooed or vacuumed…and there was a smell…not a good one throughout. Pool and hot tub closed.

Disappointing

My room was very dusty & had hair all over the bathroom. The air vent in the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The bedding smelled like sour milk. The carpet was sticky.

It’s unbelievable that I haven’t gotten towels…. I have called the guest services twice and nobody could bring it to us…

it was old and run down staff was horrible. it was absolutely worth Hampton inn I have ever been too. my tv didn’t work and fridge didn’t either. it was horrible

Wont be going back any time soon

Location and the room and staff were good.

VERY worn down property. Hallways run down and dirty. Elevator was never cleaned in the 4 days I was there with trash and a spill on the floor. Room was moistly clean other than a coffee stirrer and dirty napkin in the bed under the sheets. Other than that the room was good, it's the common areas that are in poor shape. I expected much better with the Hilton name attached.

Average to good except for no van and false promise to pay for Uber instead.

Location

Transportation to the airport was advertised and was why we chose it. There was no van; Uber was offered instead with the hotel paying. The hotel did not pay. I found the charge on my account.
