Great Location but be aware of the add-in fees!

Close proximity to Downtown and the Bridgestone Arena.

Not crazy about the $42.50 per night parking fee, but it was well disclosed. The additional Activity Fee was not as well disclosed as I didn’t know about that until the welcome email a few days before check-in. So nice facility and location but in comparing costs to other hotel options be sure to add in $57.50 to the price that is advertised as the Room Rate.

It is satisfactory.

The breakfast offerings were great! Lots of choices and the staff there was very helpful.

We were in the older part of the hotel and it was obvious that this room did not get the attention it needed. My mistake in making arrangements was done through Booking.com and that will not happen again. I would love to visit this hotel again but book directly through the hotel.

Need more staff in lobby, valet is terrible

The afternoon snack time was a life saver after a long hot day of exploring. The AC worked great and elevators were fast. I liked the ping pong table in the lobby.

I dislike the Valet very much. It costs $55 per car per day. This means I still have to pay even if I just stay in the room? Also there is no self-parking which makes it mandatory to do valet.

The stay was OK. The staff could be a little happier.

The breakfast was so, so the location was good. The staff was OK kind of ridiculous the price to park there and then they were doing some jackhammering in the garage and little stones ended up all over the top of my car.

Overall good. Great location, clean. Only issues tub not draining, and no yogurt. Staff was great. Able to keep our lugg

Location. Walk to Broadway. Breakfast was available. 2 beds. Refrigerator n microwave.

Some of the towels were not clean. Breakfast on ran out of yogurt everyday. Only 1 day had soy yogurt. Not good as trying to limit meat, was looking for protein but not red meat.

The Perfect hotel for enjoying Nashville

Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was large and well appointed, and the location was perfect Breakfast was well organized and plentiful and a huge wonderful surprise was food and music in the lobby!

The only minor negative thing was that breakfast hours were very short

Hospitality and kindness was excellent. Service too was excellent

All facilities were helpful and the employees of the Holiday Inn Express were absolutely welcoming in everyway. Kind, companionate and also attentive. I'm impressed with how you're entire staff has an impressive work ethic. Assistance is huge when I travel. I know I will be staying here again for comfort, hospitality, on kindness to you're customers I would like to say from you're valet and welcoming stations, front desk, baggage claim , Cafe and the housekeeping team I extend my gratitude. I am Paul I had a wonderful time staying here at you're Holiday Inn Express and Conference center. I stay at the Seabrook Nh location often and have an iHG rewards number. I'm looking at my schedule and would enjoy another stay. Valerie is and was a savior to me. Her kindness and representing Holiday Inn' Nashville on Broadway is embedded in my stayas one huge bright spot in my first stay here at a classy, affordable yet comfortable hotel to be welcomed into Nashville. Valerie and you're welcoming shift upon my arrival and departure on Tuesday through Friday morning met my expectations. Thank You for the opportunity to write this review and compliment you're responsible and terrific staff. I will be staying here at the Holiday INN EXPRESS AGAIN NASHVILLE IN DOWNTOWN BROADWAY. Great Hotel located close to downtown bars

Close to downtown and entertainment. Clean and comfortable hotel with ok breakfast included. Is at top of incline so a walk uphill to get back if not using a car.

This is a fantastic hotel where we would want to stay anytime we come to Nashville!

We loved everything about this property. It was a great location for walking to the hot spots. It was clean, inviting, and the staff were friendly! The evening reception was great and I liked that the food changed each night. The live music was a cool surprise. Our bed was very comfortable as well.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Location and Food

The location was perfect for walking around downtown Nashville. The breakfast was great (but there were not a lot of options for people who can't have dairy). The afternoon snacks were delicious. The staff was excellent. We had some issues with a clogged toilet and a clogged tub and they came and fixed it right away. We also had another issue that they resolved to our satisfaction and the best of their ability. We reserved a room for 5 people and they reached out to booking.com and told them that they were sold out, but booking.com did not respond. When we showed up, we only had a room with 2 double beds and no pull out couch. The hotel said that they didn't have any other rooms and they did not have rollaways and the hotel could not refund us because we booked through a 3rd party, but they reimbursed our parking to make up the difference. I don't know what we would have done if our friend had shown up, but I don't blame the hotel for this issue. They had exceptional customer service and I was very impressed with them.

Ideal and pleasant

The location and access are superb for downtown Nashville. It’s right on Broadway and a short walk down to all the nightlife and other attractions.

The only issue was our shower had a good size rust spot/hole in it. The spout was coming out of the wall and loose. The rest of the room and facility were great.

Fun, laughter and Comfortable, would definitely stay again!

The people of Nashville are so fun and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to everything, put on your walking shoes, you are not going to walk up the hill in Stilettos now! Clean hotel, front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great and room was comfortable. Apps in the foyer each nice with the singer was a great bonus.

We asked for towels one and night and the guy that brought them was not very nice at all. We had kids partying in the room next to us all night....we didn't complaint cause its Nashville, Its party city.

Trip was exciting, relaxing and safe.

Location was great for walking to see the city, breakfast was great, hot and plenty of food, excellent staff. Rooms were clean and location was great but a lot of noise. Overall great experience!

A little concerning - hotel had number of guest in room but not enough linen for each person in room. Staff were efficient in taking care of problem.

Overall it was an ok stay. I would spend the extra few bucks next time to stay at the Hyatt across the street.

location was great with easy walking distance to the main Broadway and to the Gulch.

Didn’t receive the room I reserved, bathroom barely drained and 1 elevator was broken all 3 days which caused delays getting to and from room.
