Worst service I have ever experienced

We made a double booking due to a glitch in Booking.com. We booked the rooms on the way to the hotel, but upon arrival (and in the weeks after) the hotel refused to cancel the extra booking despite the obvious error. This is not only highly unethical but also extremely poor service.

Otima estadia !

Staff prestativo, cafe da manha bom para os padroes americanos. Quarto bom, cama boa e banheiro tb. Otima localização.Esse foi o unico hotel dos 9 que fiquei nessa viagem que devolveram o caução rapidamente. Os outros eu estou brigando para receber.

Fantastic value. Exceeded my expectations.

Everything was fantastic. I was travelling alone and had not planned to spend a night in a hotel while heading home, but I was fatigued and decided to stop for the afternoon and night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, both the shift when I arrived and when I left. Breakfast featured actual real prepared food not just processed stuff in bags and they even had "to go" bags set up for people in a hurry. The room was super clean and comfortable. I had not trouble controlling the temp which is important to me because I like to sleep in a cold room. I would absolutely stay there a second time.

If I had to choose ONE thing, it would be that I would like to have had more than two pillows on the king bed. That is all.

wonderful stay. our new Albany destination stay

front staff, excellent. Dining room staff were phenomenal and extremely attentive to all guests. I love the room's tech upgrades with multiple plugs and USB compatible outlets.

J’ai choisi l’hôtel ideal.

Les deux grands lits, la douche fonctionne très bien. Le petit frigo bien froid. Un personnel avenant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner avec un bon choix. Les cafés (philtre) sont excellents.Hotel situé à quelques pas de la ligne 10 qui nous emmène au centre en quelques minutes pour 1.50$.

מלון עם אוירה מדהימה קבלת פנים עם עוגיות ושתייה כאוות נפשכם. צוות חייכן ומסביר פנים המלון פשוט מבריק אם בחדרים ואם בשאר השטחים הציבוריים של המלון. בריכה מדהימה חמה ונקייה עם מגבות בכל שטח הבריכה. חדר כושר מדהים. מחיר סופר מעולה בארוחת בוקר כיד המלך עשירה מאוד ומאוד טעימה . מגלים גז להכנת על האש חנייה בשפע במילה אחת וואו.!! בשתי מילים. מומלץ בחום.

Awesome all the way around

The place was clean. The staff was amazing. The pool was clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast was out of this world and the staff for breakfast was super accommodating as I needed to eat early for a 1/2 marathon. They allowed me right in the area to use the toaster. I would stay again.

A fine break from the road, and a clean, comfortable, satisfying facility.

Staff was friendly and helpful without being annoying. Location was handy to major highways and restaurants. Room and bathroom were good-sized and clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast hours were perfect for this trip and the offerings were decent.

Excellent.

The staff at desk for check in was exceptional. When a rude guest attempted to ignore my check in, the woman who checked me in asked him to wait his turn. Bravo! Cleaning people super friendly and accommodating.

10/10 hotel for the price

Clean, modern and well located. There are so many little details that made the difference if you ask me: amazing breakfast, so many options, toiletries and other items, custom welcome banner on the TV when we got in. Hilton has definitely stepped up its game. Will keep booking with them for sure.

Staff was wonderful, the place was immaculate, great location (near tons of restaurants and shopping). The breakfast was good but staff at breakfast even better. They were so sweet to my grandson.

First few stays were better. Edgar was great. Mya was great

Breakfast was great although I felt like the breakfast attendants were not the friendliest .the options were great waffles eggs fruit

I didn’t like the manager but edgar he was great It was another one and he came with the facilities person jack. I was recently going through a housing issue (my pipes busted) so I have been staying at this hotel for about 3 weeks. During the this stay Jack threatened to call cops on bunch of kids for swimming and enjoying themselves. Ended up having to get another room for the night. And Jack and the manager came and just wouldn’t let up when were using pool. They complained about everything and just didn’t make us feel comfortable. I have spent way too much money over the past weeks to feel like we couldn’t get the same treatment as everyone else. Also upon my arrival I had to request room be cleaned again because it wasn’t clean and sheets had stains

Room 233. Window shade didn’t pull down , lights from front entry way and for American flag shown in room . Also a bathroom fan would have been great to help with shower steam fogging the mirror .

Great breakfast, probably one of the best.

Nothing honestly, overall great experience. Maybe replace the trash bin on the 3rd floor the top was falling apart.

While the bathroom was huge…the shower was a little beat up and the sliding barn door did not give much in terms of privacy.

The small amount of scrambled eggs and sausages were good: nothing special but good nonetheless.

Disappointing, didn’t live up to expectations

Clean, amenities, good beds

Pool was being vacuumed when we wanted to use it. The door was locked. Was told you wouldn’t run my card ‘till I got there. That was a lie. Selected non refundable and they ran my card early anyway. Annoying texts when we weren’t even settled yet. Leave me alone, you got my money, respect my privacy! Called my son my wife? Clearly uninformed texter making it worse for his employer. Piss me off why don’t you? Breakfast was not as yummy as advertised. Had better at a Fairfield Inn.
