This Is a very nice property located about 20 mins from the airport. For the price of $69.00 plus tax exceeded expectations, ( I was here on a Thursday prices could vary!)
Food within walking distance and target. Great location.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I would Definitely recommend staying here.
The rooms are big with a mid size refrigerator, In room mini kitchenette with a cook top burner, coffee maker, and closet space a plus.

The room was a good size and I liked having a full size fridge. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous.
Only being allowed 2 small towels at a time was not at all acceptable. The room was loud and we were told it would be quiet. We had stayed here 2 weeks prior and had a much better room experience. We had to change rooms due to the first one smelling terribly like wet dog.

I liked how you charged my card when I came in and told me I cannot purchase my room and still I paid $123.30 for not staying at mainstay suites!
I didn’t like the employee at the front desk and she still charged me for a room a I never purchased!

Nice and clean room. We got upgraded to make sure it will be a quiet room. Good location.

Walking distance to stores and neighborhood. Kitchen
There was no breakfast. Facility needs some attention, broken screens, damaged walls, trash full in public areas.

The property was fine but I had to leave 9am Thursday morning and canceled the second night. They told me contact booking.com for my refund which I did but have not heard back. Please help.

I usually book a hotel in the CBD but this time took the chance on a location 15 minutes drive away to the south. Glad I did. Mainstay was a very comfortable base for my one week stay in Salt Lake. Personable staff, a suite kitted out with all the basics that one could want. Ample free parking on site and plenty of food choices within easy walking distance. A lot to like about this place.
The fridge was noisy. Amazingly so.

We liked the room updated, location, wifi.
Front desk staff was not helpful at all in trying to help me solve a problem with my reservation/check out. Eliminated breakfast.

What breakfast?
Breakfast could have been provided. The street light outside my window was annoying. The blinds didn’t block the light.

Location, kitchenette
It was smelly, pretty sure a dog had peed in the bedroom because it’s all I could smell.

Clean, Quiet, Centrally located,
Coffee, Some wear and tear on property.

Monica at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Sinse the property doesn't have ice machines and we were in dire need for ice, Monica had ice already packed and stored for such an occasion.
Seemed as if the exits were far apart and the elevator wasn't so centrally located.

The front desk was always there to help with advice.

The hotel offers a lot of value for the price.
I get to wash my ski clothes instead of wearing them 3-4 times over 2 weeks.
Great location for the ski bus to Solitude and Brighton. And a lot of stores that are very close, Target Supermarket and Trader Joe's. Home Depot if you need it also.
Thanks.

It was clean enough.
There was supposed to be a 'breakfast to go' option. I didn't see it. There was only coffee. They seem to have used covid as an excuse not to provide breakfast. I stayed for a week and my room was not cleaned once. The reception isn't always manned. You need to use a phone to call someone and they can take a while to come. It's a tired, basic hotel option.

Location. A large room. Just like home. Food and stores all around.
No breakfast. Never cleaned the room. Room was a little dirty.
3.7
Good location. Reasonable price
Guests on floor above us we're noisy, children running about day and evening.

Facility was very clean, looked like everything was pretty new. They were still under some construction but that is to be expected. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was it said continental breakfast but it was a paper bag with a muffin, apple and breakfast bar. I stayed at another hotel the week before and they cost more and you were charged for parking and no breakfast at all. Hotels are charging more and offering less. I wanted a true breakfast.
No cooked, hot breakfast! If they post a continental breakfast they should provide one not a bag with an apple, breakfast bar and muffin.

The room was clean. I was happy about that. The floors were faux hardwood which is always nicer than carpeting in a hotel room.
The staff also were very nice and welcoming.
The $50 surcharge for my dog was excessive. The room itself was only $89, so that's a pretty high fee. I think the fee goes down after the 1st night but was only spending 1 night there on a roadtrip.
The bed wasn't very comfortable. Not much support and woke up with a bit of a backache.
Also not in Salt Lake City. It didn't bother me since I was only passing through but if your planning on being in the city center, this isn't it.
