Terrible

Didn't have Breakfast The Clerk never informed Us about when We checked in

The Host/Clerk was rude when I asked Him about Ice 🧊 there was none. He was very sarcastic when I asked why the phone and Wi-Fi wasn't working. He told Me His was working fine. He was a terrible Host I will never go back.

It was quiet and close to the military base.

It wasn't clean. It was very dusty and there were dead bugs smashed on the wall. The bathroom door had some brown stuff on it and hair on the floor.

Great experience and very comfortable.

It is an older property, but suites were well laid out, clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating, there was plenty of onsite free parking, and the location was very convenient for attending my Grandson’s Bootcamp graduation at Great Lakes Naval Base, and exploring Chicago and the surrounding areas.

Pretty good for the price and purpose.

Location close to necessary retail stores. The bed was comfortable.

Guest WiFi was often inaccessible. Noises from upstairs desturbed sleep. Furniture worn. Only queen beds, no king.

We stayed here for 13 nights and got room service once. We had to continue to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Even after asking for room service which was declined. I paid a large amount of money and expect hotel service which isn’t what we received also leaving a letter to not leave our rubbish outside the door since no one serviced our room. We were told to empty our own bins…

front staff was amazing and so helpful! i dealt with same front office associate 3 days In a row and her smile was as bright the first day as the 3rd

other hotel stayers were smoking pot next to us. made the hall way smell of Marijuana.

They don't server breakfast as I was told "this way everyone has a kitchen in their room😐" considering what they charge a night they should serve breakfast..but they have a vending machine that has dinners for 8 bucks a piece and water and sodas for 4 bucks a piece 😐oh I forgot the M&M's there 5 bucks a pack🤦
