The stay at Crowne Plaza was just okay.

Property was okay. The only place that seemed updated was the pool. But then the pool was quite cold and there were no towels restocked.

Room furniture and decor is definitely outdated. Too close to a busy road where cars and people walk/drive around all the time.

Just the cleanness. Staff were nice. Other than that it is not worth it. Very ugly hotel

Does not worth the money. Top it with there is no breakfast. Not even if you are willing to pay for it. There is no restaurants in the hotel. I hated this hotel.

i asked for dirty towel removal twice and nobody showed up. kept us on the first floor because of our pet while we have seen guests with pets staying on second floor.

It is just normal. Nothing you can say it is exceptional that you highlight. You can find a similar or even better place for less for sure

Maybe it is just me but Nothing outstanding. Just less than normal hotel. I travel a lot especially to Chicago and I have been in so many better places with more reasonable prices , including breakfast. It is a clean hotel but I guess this is not an advantage it should be clean.

I would not recommend this hotel or stay at it again.

The size of the pool was nice.

The room wasn't clean. The mirrors were dirty. The wallpaper was peeling. The furniture was old and falling apart. The bed was old and uncomfortable. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There wasn't a crib in the room like I asked. The TV didn't work. Breakfast was not included in the stay.

Inattentive management, but very clean rooms

The room was comfortable and clean

When I got to the hotel the front desk attendant couldn't find my booking and the manager wouldn't come out of the back office to assist. This was not professional and it made the attendant visibly uncomfortable because she had to repeatedly go back and forth. It would have made more sense for the manager to show support to the employee and resolve the matter. Also, I prepaid the booking to include breakfast, but when I went to look for breakfast, I was told the restaurant was closed until Wednesdays (I was there since Monday). The hotel should make it clear that they do not offer breakfast and, not offer the option for customers to pay. It isn't the money, it is the blatant dishonesty and lack of interest from the management staff when I tried to address the issue that has me upset.

The hotel was clean and the desk staff was friendly.

The room was a bit dated, but still clean. I wouldn't consider it a four star hotel, as listed. I'd call it a solid three star.
