I like that the hotel was located close to the work location for business meetings and close to city attractions
We had a weekend stay for business the room was smaller then advertised the room had a leak in it the room service initially cleaned the room and gave us blood stained sheets and it was at the foot of the bed So I complained to front desk to give us fresh sheets and when we returned to the room the bed was made up with the same bloodstained sheets and now the blood stain was at the head of the bed . so we called front desk to complain about this and ask for our bed to be changed and they sent up 2 new sheets for us to make our own bed . this was very Unacceptable & we will not be returning nor recommend

Great boutique hotel in an exceptional location in the heart of the Lower East Side.
Staff were excellent.
Rooms were large and well appointed for NYC.
I would definitely stay here in the future.
Nothing material. Gym is small and in basement, but it is functional enough.
One minor one - hotel should supply free bottled water to rooms given price being paid.

Nice location. Nice room. Lot’s of restaurants and stores nearby.
Pool area was always full. Like some people stayed there for hours.

Loved the amenities and location
Left my prescription glasses in the room but they can’t find them. Just bummed. Told me to call back and ask housekeeping

Where do I begin!?
Location... I can't appreciate the location enough. It's close to everything! Food, entertainment, exercise, dancing, shopping, sightseeing, all available within the hotel or a 1 mile radius by the hotel! The view was amazing with the wrap-around balcony.
The staff, everyone from front staff to security to housekeeping. All smiles, says hi with eye contact. Very social/friendly with suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. Never bothered/harassed our guests who visited us during after-hours.
The room... open layout, very clean, ac worked great with the humidity, bed was comfy.
Bitter sweet having the club music going on during the weekends... some moments were alil difficult to sleep. But I also did enjoy the club music from my balcony other nights when I wasn't going to sleep early.
In general, this is one of the most enjoyable hotels I've stayed in while in NYC!

Spacious and nice rooms. The staff was nice and accommodating.
The pool is only open 9:30 to 5:30pm. We picked this hotel for the pool and couldn’t even use it. We wanted to be out in NY all day and come back with the teenagers so they could hang out after a long day.
Also one of our rooms smelled of mold/mildew. They were very nice about it but we couldn’t switch rooms until the following day (completely booked hotel). The new room was perfect.

It was great value, I have spent more for much smaller rooms in NY. I had a spacious suite overlooking the pool on the 5th floor. I had zero issues with noise from the club and I'm a light sleeper. The restaurant is really good! I didn't feel like stepping out to eat my first night and really enjoyed the tuna tartare with quail egg yolk. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transit and so many great eating and shopping spots nearby. The pool is wonderful as well. The lounge on the second floor is super pretty and cushy, nice for hanging out and socializing.
I wish the rooms had coffee makers instead of wasteful Nespresso pods. But there is a big carafe of coffee every morning in the lobby. I wished the pool would stay open later as well.

the hotel location is very good and the room is clean
There is a bar downstairs and the music was very loud and we stayed at 6 floor. My boy can’t sleep until 2Am the music was ended. We checked out next day and the reception was very good and accepted us and committed us refund the other two nights. But I am still communicating with booking.com and waiting for the money back.

Staff will over charge your card beware of the hold they put on your card ! They will be banging on your door 15 min before check out . Over all not the best experience but mainly because of staff

Room was great and view was nice
I had a corner suite my balcony door was broken so when the wind blew it made noise all night. There was no room service or mini bar, no over night service for that type of money that was paid the stay was horrible. Every time I needed something I had to walk downstairs that’s not acceptable!!

Carlos at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond for our stay.

This was my 5th -6th stay here. I love it
Staff kept knocking on door & calling before checkout. Every 5 minutes is a knock. They should know who has early checkout or not. Cleaning staff rushing to clean the rooms when your stay isn’t over.

They were available and it felt secure inside
There is a club next door so sleep wasn’t possible. There was a strong odor of urine in the bathroom and there was garbage from the prior person in the room. For $672 for one night I expected to sleep in a clean room.

the aesthetic , how I was treated at the front and welcomed by the front desk staff , the bathtub was wonderful and rooms beautiful and spacious.
I wish bubble bath was available my only complaint but everything was perfect even down to the location and surrounding places
