Outdoor property, staff have excellent directions to our room. They property itself was beautiful and well cared for. The hot tub was out of service, which was unfortunate considering the weather the week we were there. The room was very spacious and well set up, perfect for a family of six. Location worked well, food was very close by and fairly adjacent to everything we wanted to explore, considering typical LA area traffic. Breakfast options were consistent with varying protein option every day. The hot breakfast was convenient. The pancakes were the best option as far as I was concerned, flavor wise anyway. Landry room had two paid washers and two free washers, I used 3 different ones, all seemed to work well. Dryers were all free but 2/4 were out of service. The staff at the location were very pleasant.
The hot tub was out of service. One day the eggs and potatoes tastes very much like chemicals. What seemed to be long term guests did not like when I used two washers at one time or that there was a child present in the laundry room.

ANTS!
So terrible! we couldn’t use the kitchen. The kids would not go in it. I asked for help from the front desk They said they would send someone to spray…. No One showed up. I was ignored and throughly frustrated, exasperated and discussed….

The location was good for what we required. Free safety deposit box behind reception was handy to secure valuable belongings but a safe in the room would've been better. The pool area was good for a chill out area.
I would not recommend this as a holiday hotel as I think there where local people living in this place which was a bit unsettling as this was a holiday for us. The breakfast was convenient for our needs but after a few days it became monotonous as it was the same every day. The room next door to us was occupied with several noisy, young women for part of our stay. They tramped in and out at all times throughout the night having to pass our bedroom window. They rattled their bedroom door knocker which kept us awake. They tamping up and down the wooden staircase/balcony passed our bedroom window throughout the night which was so noisy. We stayed 10 nights in this place and we never had 1 nights full sleep without being wakened throughout the night. The net curtains on the bedroom windows gave us no privacy especially when lights inside the room were on and people were walking back and forward passed our bedroom window. Other than net curtains there was no other curtains or blinds to close. We did not want the room serviced while we were there only the towels changed every other day, the cleaners were reluctant to hand out clean towels resulting in us having to take our dirty towels to reception to get them changed. The rooms were tired, 80's style and in need of some refurbishment. We will not return to this place and would not recommend it as a holiday hotel.
