Enjoyed the location First room was a disaster but they did move us

Location Walking distance to Toyota center and nice restaurants

We were first given a room right next door to a room and area that was under construction Very loud also our first room was more dated and AC didn’t work but they did move us to a new room Should’ve assigned us to that room originally

My go to for future visits.

Nothing to dislike. Breakfast perfect. Different every other day. Facility sparkly clean. Within walking distance of Toyota Centre and down town. Great restaurant (The Rustic) 5 minute's walk from hotel.

Convenient, close to venue and very nice staff.

Close to the convention center.

Bathtub leaked and did not drain properly. I don’t like standing in water while showering. For some reason the phone kept ringing. It would ring every few hours finally unplugged so I could sleep.

Excellent location for us, our first visit to the USA. The highlight of our trip was to attend a baseball game and the Houston Astros home ground is within a very comfortable walking distance. Good restaurants a few minutes walk too. During the heat wave the pool was a blessing.

I wasn’t happy with my accommodations but I appreciated how understanding the staff were.

It is conveniently located near the ToyotaCenter. Staff were helpful and understanding

The room rate was pretty steep for how the accommodations. The bathroom needs a serious remodel and the tub needed fixing. I had showered and the drain was clogged and other peoples hair was coming out.

It was a pleasant experience.

It was right in the middle of town and accessible to different venues. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was too cold for me and we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

it was close to our venue

When the reserved the room I was under the impression that I was getting 2 full sized beds with the suite. instead I had a king and the sofa bed was not comfortable. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but couldn’t.

Location was great! Downtown next to the convention center and Toyota Center. It was walking distance to a lot of attractions. Staff was super friendly.

I think they should provide complimentary water for every night a guest stays with them. They only give water the first night, and that was quite a disappointment.

Very good

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice. They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage during the day.

The location is definitely fine (a couple blocks from the convention center and many restaurants) but the immediate surroundings are a little desolate (parking lots and open lots, freeway nearby). BUT, I felt totally safe. Although, I can see how someone could be anxious.

Good location and good breakfast, but otherwise several issues with my stay.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Pancake maker made really good pancakes in less than 2 minutes. Staff was friendly. Room was a decent size. AC worked well. I was able to walk to the convention center, which was my reason for being in town.

Old carrot still on the floor by the fridge. Long hair on one of the hand towels. Key card seldom worked on the first try and usually took multiple attempts. Frequently the elevator button light would not light up so you had no idea if elevator was actually working. After discovering the soda vending machines on floors 4, 3, and 2 all sold out and asking the front desk if there was a way to get a soda in the hotel, I was told there is a convenience store 2 blocks away. Where they situated the office chair and desk has no outlets nearby to plug in my laptop. Their address is wrong on their own literature (Bell Ave vs St). The room phone didn't work properly. To talk on it, you had to use speakerphone or they couldn't hear you and despite the automated wake-up call system confirming my wake-up time, I never received a wake-up call.
