The pool was nice. The front desk people were mostly polite. The housekeeping person was really friendly. The breakfast was OK the first day (Saturday) but on Sunday morning all the food ran out, and there was only 1 person on duty. All he could tell us was that more food was in the oven but he didn’t know when it would be done. We had 4 adults and 5 children and we had to go to Dunkin and buy breakfast. It cost over $35!
See above.

Breakfast and staff were good.
Very expensive for Cortland NY - feel like Hilton is bumping up the costs just because they can. They made me sign something that made me pay $30 more per room when I checked in.
The hotel was booked due to a baseball tournament - so up went the prices.
Also - the floors and walls are paper thin - so every little noise above us (of which there were many) kept us awake (note- the baseball tournament kids).

Great breakfast. They could have used bananas to make it an exceptional breakfast.
It’s a great hotel but it is showing signs of aging.

The location was convenient and the gym was spot on for the essentials; it had a really nice assortment of machines. I did enjoy the custom touch of the Welcoming screen on the television with my name.
This hotel is extremely close to a lot of restaurants/bars and boutiques so there are actually a few things to do, even when in the middle of nowhere. ha.
There was little to no selection; all of the containers labeled with assorted toppings were empty, the yogurt was expired by 15 days, there were 2 lonely egg omelets in the food container and they had ham in them which i couldn't eat so basically, all that was left to eat were slices of bread, desserts and a waffle. No sufficient amount of proteins or vegetables, just a bunch of sugar and carbs. I don't know if this was really worth the inclusion in $190 for one night stay.
Here's what I didn't like about the room. The TV was stationed in between the bed and the couch so if you are by yourself it's comfortable to be on either the couch or the bed, but if you're with your spouse then one of you is about to have a neck cramp or dead arm leaning on it for so long. The tv is so far away from the entry door side of the room.

The beds were very plush and comfortable, Good channel options too
The price point - could be a little lower for it being all the out in Cortland

The room was nice.
On our floor, there must have been a whole team of young child hockey players pkaying in the hallway. They were very loud well into the night. At breakfast, when we went down there were no eggs or any food left. There were only two people working and it was way too busy for that.

The morning of the day that we checked in, I received a phone call from the front desk, asking what kind of room I preferred and any specific location.
when I checked into the room, It had a special screen on the TV that said “Welcome, Amanda”
it made our stay feel very personal
Our double queen room was very spacious as was the bathroom .
3/4 of the outlets in the room had two plugs and two USB ports for charging, which was convenient.
The pool was the perfect size and was heated. There were tables and chairs to sit and relax at.
No complaints about the Continental breakfast.
The service at the front desk was exceptional and we will definitely be staying there again.

The sleeper couch was very uncomfortable. The cooling and heating system was loud.

Breakfast is only served until 0900. When traveling that is a bit early to shut down.

The location was good. The woman at the front desk was great. We had a handicap accessible room and it was very spacious. The room was as clean as one can expect of a place constantly used. Some reviewers said the place was dirty, not so. Let’s all remember that every business is understaffed and the people who do show up are doing double duty for the most part. Our hope is that they are getting a decent wage. Let’s, also go the extra mile by picking up after ourselves, being kind to the staff whether in a restaurant, store or hotel. Our shower had some smudges on the wall, I wiped it with a wash cloth, no big deal! The hotel was very nice.
