Stayed for the eclipse

Easy on and off the interstate. Food nearby like Wendy's, Perkins, Friendlys, and McDonald's.cold cereal offered with 2%milk, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast, English muffins, coffee, tea, and batter to make your own waffles. Beds and pillows were comfy. Tv worked, watched some movies. Some rooms have a microwave and coffee pot. Mine only had a mini fridge.

My son had to ask for a plunger to unclog the toilet. There's no elevator, so if you have a wheelchair or can't do steps, request the first floor. I had no hot water in my shower. I let it run for 4 mins. The other two rooms we reserved did have hot water.

The staff were decent

The facility is old and run down. Smells musky throughout. The carpet was wet constantly. Rugs were filthy, as were towels with urine stains on them.There were spiders and ants. Can't stress enough how gross and unclean the rooms were.

Perfect for what I needed

Affordable, convenient, nice size room, and bed, microwave and refrigerator. Staff was very nice.

The toilet bowl kept running, and the handle on the shower was very temperamental.

Wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Desk clerk was pleasant.

Overall the place needed updatIng. Floors were dirty, screen in window was torn and not fully in place. It looks like the place has been neglected for several years.

Inn Needs Renovating

How close it was to Cortland University and town.

The toilets need to be bleached, coffee pot was dirty. Rugs throughout need to be redone, they smell and the key cards weren't working all the time.

It was a place to stay but will try not to stay there again.

The location was good. The room was clean and well lit. The breakfast was very poor. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly.

I will think twice before before booking at this place.

The location is the only thing that is good. It is right off the interstate. The whole place and front desk smelled like pot. The door that says it is locked 24 hrs was open all night, so anyone could come in without the key. My family and I felt that the Quality Inn was shady.

Thought the location was convienent I would rather have spent more money to not deal with what I had

Did not eat the breakfast. The location was good based on where I was visiting.

In the room assigned, the smoke detector beeped every 2 minutes all night. We arrived late, around 12:30 am. When I went to inquire about another room. The only other room available was the room next door and the light did not work. We stayed in the room with the beeping. I mentioned to the individual at the desk in the morning (9:30am) about the beeping (different person from when we checked in). The individual said they would have maintenance check it. We did not return to the room until around 9:30pm and before I entered the room I could hear the beeping continuing. I inquired about it and they moved us to the 2nd floor for the night. Very disappointed in the room, the service was pleasant but the fact that the beeping was not addressed is concerning.

The room was dirty, hair on the bed, dirty bathroom floor. I did call to try to speak with the manager several times, but was told that they were managing multiple properties and to call back at another time (which I did, but to no avail).

Clean, inexpensive stopover

It was inexpensive and clean. The location is not great if you need to go through the city to a final destination as there is major construction around Main St.
