I had an amazing time w my children and the swimming pool was wonderful

It was great and 2 miles away from my family's house... I was very satisfied w my stay and the bed was like heaven...

Even with the renovation that was being done my stay was still very comfortable so not really a dislike more like a compliment

Beware...Hot tub does NOT work.

The water pressure in the shower was good....

I booked this hotel for the indoor swimming pool/hot tub. Upon checking in, I was informed that the pool was heated but in December, the hot tub would no longer be available due to remodel. After dinner, looking forward to a nice hot sit in the hot tub, the water was ICE COLD...The maintenance kid had to come down twice, unplugging it to reset it, it never did warm up and the pool was far from heated as well. It was just an average stay. Would not reccomend nor will we return.

Very clean, quiet, cozy!!

AMAZING STAY!!!! The staff were very respectful, the breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast we ever had, the rooms were also very clean!! 10/10

It was adequate.

Clean, maid service was high quality.

It was under renovation at the time. Breakfast was more expensive than the nearby Waffle House for self service and limited options.

I will definitely return when I’m the area. Only hotel I will stay at in Springdale.

really clean, comfortable environment. pool is fun

for almost 1500 for a week there is no breakfast included. seemed a little crazy to me

The pool was not open. The shower leaked from the light fixture in the bathtub. They would not give me a refund due to other things that went wrong.

It would be nice to no if the pool was shut down because we wouldn't have booked here if we knew.

It was very clean.

We booked are stay here because it has a hot tub and pool, but they were closed down for renovation.

Didn't allow us to eat breakfast for free even though reservation showed it should have been in my emial even after showing the staff. We arrived at 9 pm and tried to shower at 9:30 pm and there was no hot water. Called they said it would work if you let it run for a while. 20 minutes later went down to the front desk to let them know it still wasn't working. They went and reset and we had to run water for another 15 minutes and finally got hot water. The following morning at 9:00 am went down to use pool and it was out of order. Very poor experience. 1st floor near elevator had an aweful smell as well.

Above satisfactory, below good.

Good sized room, comfortable bed.

Loud construction at the property during our stay. Breakfast was 10.99 as always, but was not worth it at this particular location.

Great place!

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable!

Kids were in the hall on the far side from our room, and the floor we were on smelled like a "pot" fest. The kids weren't there the second night, and no pot smell.
