There wasn’t a breakfast. This was disappointing.
Everything. The checkout was nonexistent. We had to to find out how to checkout by calling a phone number (that I had to lookup on the internet) because the office was closed when we left. There is a desperate need to upgrade the facilities. We will not be back.

convenient, close to everything. staff very friendly and helpful
rooms could have been a little cleaner. police there at night

Good location
The staff is terrible they’re all too lazy to do anything for anybody and Amanda the daytime clerk wouldn’t return my security deposite And then she called the police on me because I refuse to leave until she gave me my security deposit I still haven’t got it

There was nothing I liked about this facility.
There was no staff available during our 2 day stay, the exterior doors were not locked so anyone could come and go. You could smell the cigarette smoke throughout entire facility.

It was the nastiest hotel that I've ever stayed in - VERY disappointed!! It was unclean and felt very unsafe. I'll never book that hotel again.
There was nothing to like - so EVERYTHING!

There was no breakfast and the elevator was not working so with someone with a disability having to climb stairs that was kind of tough
Bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff
Desk chair was very dirty. Carpet was stained in multiple areas. The bathroom door looked dirty.
2.5
It was grab and go. Covid rates are low. I would expect more. Granola bar. processed muffin, package of oatmeal
I was supposed to have a queen bed, I was given a double with poor mattress. No ice machine. The description said it was a suite. It was a small room with sink and cabinets . It said it was a fully stocked kitchen but the cabinets were empty. There was no shampoo, soap, or hairdryer in room. No housekeeping. The price was $242 per night. It was not worth it.

The room was really clean and everything was nice when I got there.
The breakfast was lacking options
2.5
it was very cheap
the rooms were dirty and outdated

Nothing
The front desk was very rude and we had to call cooperate to get attitude adjusted.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean
The room itself was old and dingy, with stains on the wall by the kitchen and in the bathroom. The room smelled like fruity cleaner. The appliances and furniture were very dated. The beds were double instead of queen size. The leg to the table in the room was held on by duct tape. Definitely not worth the price I paid on a game weekend! Would not stay here again.

I was extremely thankful that they had a room available that weekend, although the price was extremely higher than the room I had booked at Marriott Town Place after that hotel couldn't find my confirmed reservation!
The price of the room. But at least they hsd one!

The staff
Was really expensive for a run down room

Nothing. Very over priced, smelled, window was open and wouldn't close. Cigarettes butts on window seal, no coffee maker or blow dryer. They over booked . We reserved a king bed and got a double and people in the lobby waiting for rooms. Was charged 278$ for one night which should have been more like 100$ or less will never stay here again and will sway anyone who ask about staying here
I hate to be negitive Nancy but there wasnt one thing I liked about the place . Please do not go here . I would rather stay in Roger's or Bentonville and would drive 30 extra miles or so just to avoid this place .

Convenience to Fayetteville, Razorback game
The staff at the front desk smelled like marijuana so bad that when something was said he awkwardly disappeared. My friend and myself both booked for king rooms, were told they were unavailable at check-in so we got stuck with full beds. Her bed wasn’t cleaned and looked like a crime scene. My fridge leaked a puddle all over the kitchen. Dated rooms.

The location was great. Close to everything.
We found a few hairs in the bed that weren’t ours. We ended up going to WalMart to buy a sheet set and blanket. The floors were also dirty. I went to wipe water off the ground after taking a shower, a the towel was black when I was done.
2.5
The air conditioner worked well! I only saw a tray of packaged muffins near the front desk. The location was off the beaten path right and the expressway was to the rear so I heard vehicles all night.
The first room had not been cleaned in a very long time. Floors, mirror, and toilet were extremely dirty. The second room had been cleaned but was not one of the renovated rooms. The lady at the desk did not seem very happy to assist. I asked for a coffee pot for my room and then had to ask for coffee, creamer and sugar individually.

The room smelled like an ash tray.

The staff was very nice. But that's about it!
Right in the highway so very noisy! No blow dryer... that was a real shock! And it wasn't because of covid because other hotels still had them. No coffee maker.... can't they wipe those down with disinfectant? And no room cleaning or fresh towels or soaps. And elevator broke. Thank goodness we're not handicap.

The staff was nice. Unfortunately during the pandemic, there was no breakfast. Room was on an upper level as requested so that was appreciated. It was nice to have kitchen facilities in the room although you had to ask for dishes.
