Overall a nice place to stay- especially if you have a car.

Good gym, staff pleasant and helpful. Expansive breakfast. We rented a suite- very roomy, with work space. Free parking. Dove soap, shampoo.

The "kitchen" had no plates, utensils, dish cloth, etc. which surprised us as usually when we rent a suite the kitchen is stocked well enough that we can prepare food and eat in our room. Toilet did not empty well- had to flush a few times. No housekeeping on weekend so we just put up with it. Location on busy freeway and only restaurant we could walk to was Hookers. Ended up renting a car. Kid's sports teams staying there, running up and down halls and playing with elevator. For those who want a base with access to freeway to go to different activities during the day, or a place to stop on a journey, this is ideal.

We had a great time which was attributable in part to a nice place to stay,

We don't utilize the breakfast offerings at hotels because we prefer healthier food. Not a fault of the hotels; just our preference.

Its a good hotel -beds are really comfy as well

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and clean …the breakfast is good and the fact they have great fresh coffee always on stand by is a big plus with me ! This place is great as always !

Relaxing, Comforting and Peaceful

I missed breakfast but it was nice to have a complementary item included in booking.

The wifi wasnt working for me. Luckily i had my own handy.

Very poor

Old hotel with old furniture. Room had a odd smell. Sheets had a blood stain. Bathroom toilet wasnt cleaned. Tub had yellows stains. Low standard hotel for high price. Will not come back here again.

We were at the end of our vacation, two retired priests on our way home, and a welcome finale.

The breakfast was terrific -- especially those cinnamon buns that tasted just like the ones my mother used to make!

I couldn't think of anything. It was a most pleasant stay, especially after my very negative experience the previous two nights in a Best Western hotel in Harrisburg. That was really awful, and it is most unfortunate that I don't have an opportunity to write that on their evaluation!

I was so impressed with your staff, who were all very friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

It was great to have the breakfast meal included with our lodging. It was basically the same each day, but nice variety and very tasty combination of hot and cold choices. Also liked having the 24 hour beverage service in the front lobby. Would be nice to add apple cider packets to the choices there, in addition to cocoa and coffee. Rooms were very clean and comfy, with great beds, and a good number of amenities included. Staff was helpful in arranging early check-in since we had arrived on a redeye flight with 3 hrs time zone difference, so we really needed a nap. Good location with access to main roads.

Would like to have the breakfast serving time extended a little. Some days a little rushed to get dressed and down to the dining room. Coffee was out one time I stopped to get a cup in front lobby. Staff would have brewed another pot, but I didn't have time to wait.

Very good

The staff was great. Very efficient and friendly. I liked the little touches in the room, a flower made out of the tissues in the box and on the toilet paper on the roll. Really cute touch.

We moved one of the chairs in the rooms and there were several dead bugs on the floor under the light. You could tell they had been there a while because of how many there were. Need to make sure to move furniture to vacuum to ensure the floors are clean.

Friendly staff and nice size rooms with plenty of linens! Great location as well!

The keys deactivate promptly at 11am. There should be some grace period for deactivation day of check-out.

I don't like that I couldn't pay cash at all..I had to put everything on my credit card..and they won't release my money for 7-10 days..I don't like the inconvenience that this is causing me...

The price for the room was not what we expected

Continental breakfast was average but the area was small for the number of people using it. The food itself was average but expected for a continental breakfast. I would have appreciated maybe waffles and not frozen pancakes that were very hard to heat up.

Location was out standing based on the travel to the near by casino and mall. The traffic was not bad and the hotel was near numerous restaurants and services. The reception Elizabeth was very rude and did not address our concerns, the elevator reeked of marijuana. The noise in the hallway up to 12:30 pm was very disturbing and not one addressed the noise. The elevator had puke in it and was dried up on the floor.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and plan to return next year.

The room service would have been done a little later. I would leave my room between 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. and unless I told front desk that my room still needed to be cleaned, the maid service never re-checked my room to clean it.
