Hotel had issues, no breakfast and should revamp their staff

Front desk clerk gave me a room that is occupied by another resident. Awkward. Then he wore no shoes and made two more mistakes when giving me another room. Would not recommend. Breakfast was a joke and not with the advertising

Not again.

The hotel is under construction and very noisy. The breakfast location was inconvenient and the breakfast quality was dismal.

I traveled for business and just needed the room for the overnight. It was adequate.

The fitness center and breakfast options

I didn't realize the property was under construction, looked deserted when you first pull up. Found trash (food item) under one of the beds which indicated to me the room was not cleaned very well. The sink wouldn't drain - there must have been a clog.

Mr Ed at breakfast. He was very pleasant,

The 1st room I was given smelled like cigarettes. The 2nd room I was given the toilet was not flushing which I was not aware off till we got back to our room at 1 AM. When I called the front desk , I was told he would have someone fix it in the morning. In the morning the front desk was not even aware of this problem toilet. Pillows are too small

Friendly staff make up for any imperfections. Pretty good value!

Staff was very friendly and polite. Manners are extremely important to me.

There was a rolled up dollar in my room. I unrolled it and spent it. The TV in the room wouldn't switch to hdmi, so I couldn't use it for work.

It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The place was under construction (remodel, I guess?) -- something that wasn't noted anywhere on Booking or on the hotel's actual website. So the outside looked pretty sketchy, there were no "extras" available -- the pool was closed, the outside patio was a mess, no lobby, no bar area, etc. We had to figure out that a side door was the "main entrance." That said, the room itself was clean and very comfortable. But it wouldn't been nice to have information on the construction.

The staff was great. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The blinds in the room did not close. So the light came through the sheers at 6:30 am. Room smelled like smoke.

Hotel stay in KOP for night before Broad St Run in Philly

Hotel met our needs for a night stay before the Philly Broad St Run. Front Desk man was friendly.

Nicely furnished rooms and a tasty breakfast was a treat.

We needed to stay close to the bus stop for an early bus trip. We chose a 3 star hotel to be safe. The room was nice with quality furniture. The mattress had great support and was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with different choices and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful.

The sink in our room didn't get ANY hot water until you ran the tub for a full minute! Door key didn't work in the inside lobby door.

I had an amazing stay and everything was wonderful indeed!

The location, cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, great hot breakfast.. wonderful stay.

The look from the highway, doesn’t look like a decent place to stay, however…. it is beautiful on the inside.

I didn't like the smell of the room and the fact that I had to request an iron and ice bucket that's usually already accessible in the rooms

Clean convenient friendly breakfast server and 2nd shift desk person was great

The 1st shift desk person was only interested in her personal call she was on the whole time I was waiting on my room we did get there early 12 o'clock for 3 o'clock check in but never have I been at a hotel I couldn't get in a little early we had reservations at 230 she said room would be ready around 2 got back around 130 she was still on phone said room wouldn't be ready until the 2nd shift desk clerk got there. She just did not want to do anything. I guess I need to stay with choice hotels if that's the way service is conducted at your hotels

our room wasn’t far from the door to the outside

we had no room service, had to buy our own toilet paper, kept having to go to front desk to get towels
