nice hotel but state that you are in the middle of a remodel or what doesn’t work.

Location was great. it had a good breakfast.

we were there for 5 days. we had to do laundry but only one washing machine worked. we were locked out of our room after 3 days because they thought we were checking out. we had to have our keys done 4 times so they would work throughout our stay. only one small hot tub worked and it was extremely hot. pool was ingested. there was only one ice machine in the building and it was on a different floor. They were painting and covered our air conditioning and it was stifling in the room. we had to ask for toilet paper after they cleaned our room because they didn’t put one in. they closed off the handicap parking because they were going to paint but they weren’t even close to painting that area. After several days it would be nice to have a change in the breakfast menu. they didn’t orange juice and ran out of plastic knives.

Great place and great value

The staff was friendly, very clean, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast, overall great place to stay for the price. Also less than 10 mins from the Arches and other amenities.

Hotel decor is cold and uninviting. Does not fit the area at all. Poorly built....can hear people upstairs just walking and can hear traffic from road. Difficult to find entrance in the dark - needs better signage. Would not reccommend....if I were staying in Moab long I would have left and gone to a different hotel. Smoking area is AT front door not away from it so non-smokers forced ro walk thru smoke when smokers are out there. Terrible design from start to finish.

Very good

We experienced a power outage, while it was not the property fault they offered no free water, we couldn’t shower or flush and they had no wifi! For these reasons we checked out day early and Since I prepaid I will NOT get refunded for the extra day!! So in the future I will not book and prepay!!

Very good

The staff were excellent!! The whole town lost power for hours (7pm-10ish?), and the staff handled it all very well. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole situation. We hung out in the lobby because it was hot in our rooms without ac and I personally watched them interact with dozens of tired and frustrated customers, and there was no end to their customer service! The staff rocks! I would definitely stay here again because of the staff alone. Breakfast and location were awesome, too.

Nice and clean. Great variity for breakfast. Lots of space for large items.

The pool was nice. The front staff very friendly. Breakfast coffee was very good. Nice verity of items. Gym was a nice feature but it smelled of tires. Beautiful views. So much space for large things like hiking gear.

Would be nice if there was a daily menu because items changed.

Moab is one of the best places to visit and This property was great!

Wonderful stay! Definitely recommend this property.

Cleaning staff left our door unlocked. Thankfully nothing was missing. This is the only issue we had and I’m sure it was an accident.

Loved our time in Moab at this hotel!

The pool was great! We had a blast there. Loved the yummy breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean and at a great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast Issues

Pool and hot tub area was nice.

At breakfast, (4th of July), there were no eggs, and no cinnamon rolls. I asked staff working the breakfast and they said they were out of cinnamon rolls. Really!??! That's what HIE is known for and they were out, on a holiday no less. They also did not keep the pool towels supplied the night before.

Very comfortable and nice!

The beds were super comfortable , the staff up front was very nice and helpful, and the accommodations were nice.

The only problem I would say is that while they came and emptied the garbage and replaced towels, the place was not straightened up at all.

Absolutely horrendous!

Breakfast was the only redeeming thing at this hotel.

Everything. We didn’t have a room key! I had no towels in my room. The shower was broken. I was first put in a room that was already occupied. We were told the pool was heat, it most definitely was not! They only had one hot tub open and it was absolutely tiny. Like fit 4 adults tiny! Not to mention the water was disgusting! None of the ice machines were working. Everyone on the 3rd floor had to be let into their rooms so anyone could have gone up there said their room was mine and gotten in. Nothing was safe and it was such a hazard! I was with my two young boys and if something had happened and they got locked in the room I would have had to go all the way down stairs to get someone then all the way back up to be let in. The employees acted like I was a nuisance having to be let into my room. I literally had NO CHOICE! When I would say thank you after they unlocked my door they would just walk away, no your welcome or even a smile. It made my entire stay completely uncomfortable. We were also lied to by staff and told different reasons why we couldn’t have a key card and were told we would get free points for all the inconvenience but I have yet to receive those!

We won’t be back unless the mattress are updated.

the hot tub was great to go out and socialize after a long day out and about. Breakfast was great and the staff where super friendly.

the bed was absolutely awful. My wife and I both woke up so soar we could barley move, we had to take extremely hot showers to loosen up the back so we could start our day. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the past and never had this issue.
