Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet on our floor. Staff was welcoming.
There was a strong fragrance in the lobby. It was an air freshener of some sort. I'm sure many people enjoy it for me it was a bit much.

Room was o.k.
Costs too high for room, dog fee and no comp. breakfast. Expected more for our anniversary.

Not much
The drive way going up to the hotel is very narrow and cannot really see on coming traffic. Breakfast bar hours not very long. Bar area at night just okay. Bartender could use a personality.

There was no water for almost 2 days. A pipe burst and there was no water. The hotel was ready to reimburse me, but I did the booking through you.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable hard, pillow did not have enough fluff in them. The Bistro was horrible my husband went down to get a coffee at 10:05am and a muffin well they told him it’s cold and we can’t warm it up for you!!!!! This will be the last time we stay at this Hotel again!!!

Clean, indoor pool, laundry room, near many restaurants.
Paying for parking. I’ve stayed at another Marriot Courtyard before and never had to pay for parking. Also, there was a family with kids upstairs and they kept running around late at night and early morning.

I liked the modern feel of the rooms and Bistro.
I would have appreciated it if the windows facing the beautiful views of the San Francisco Peaks were washed periodically.

I wish the bathroom had a fart fan!
Also it would be nice to have a lighted mirror outside of the bathroom.

The location is excellent. The facility is clean and easy to negotiate. The room was clean and comfortable. As they say, not to small, not to big . . . just right. Even the 'curved' shower rod is a nice touch. Parking was ample and simple. I appreciate the luggage racks available to move gear in and out. Thanks. The check in gal was sweet and allowed us to check in before your 4pm check in time. What happened to 3pm check in? But she sure could have been more clear about the $20 food credit (that turns out we didn't have). The dude cleaning the carpets moved his gear to make it easier to get into the elevator.
The confusion about a food credit. When we were checking in, another customer was asking about their 'food ticket' as our kind gal was issuing us our key with the 'coupon' addressing the breakfast hours. But what really bummed us out was the breakfast service. 3 employees trying to make some coffee and a very simple menu of food. I went to the lobby to get two lattes and it took me 30 minutes. My wife was sure that I had driven to a Starbucks because I was gone so long. And the place wasn't stupid busy. There were a total of two customers in front of me when I started waiting in line. And then my wife and I returned later to 'use our $20 breakfast coupon' and sadly was told that I did not have the coupon and then she proceeded to show me what the 'thing' looked like. OK, my mistake. We ordered and the fee charged was more than stated on your menu. The woman taking my order did volunteer to deduct the difference. Then we waited (and waited). While we waited we said that we probably could have saved time and money by driving to a restaurant. They did bring our breakfast sandwich and avacado toast to our table and it was enjoyable. We will stay at your property again, we just won't eat or drink in your lobby.
