Great location, wonderful staff and excellent and clean rooms .

Location is perfect for my sales travel . Would like to use exclusive. Signed up for rewards , expenses not covered by my employer. Out of pocket

The worst Hilton, you pay literally for the name, not the experience.

The breakfast selection

Everything. The hotel smelled like mildew, dirty, my room wasn't clean and standing water in shower. Didn't receive correct size beds. Towels and toys left inside of the pool from over night. Just gross.

A few staff were welcoming but others seemed annoyed and irritated the food was gross even the breakfast they refund my

Everything even the breakfast they didn’t inform me til it was time to pay the restaurant was way overpriced for the food to not get eaten refused to take off the menu before it touched the table or even before the waitress could get our order back to the cook food wasn’t worth what they charge

I feel this place will be better when the update is complete, but I wouldn’t stay there again until that’s done.

It was fairly close to downtown.

It was very dated and no breakfast included.

Everything was nice.

Our room was COLD 🥶 We had to turn up 74 and it was warm. Not sure why ya'll keep it soo cold. Even in the conference room it was literally cold.

Front desk was so helpful.

I booked this room for the pool for my kids and hot tub for myself. The hot tub had been tiled over. The pictures online still have the hot tub there. It was very disappointing for me.

Opposite mall, easy parking and nice pool. Breakfast was nice and the evening restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced

Boring with high price!

Could not open the door for the first room, then I needed to change to a new one. No toothpaste available in the bathroom. Wifi signal was crazy sometime. The room somehow did not look like what I booked!

While the room was very comfortable, the staff lacked the enthusiasm to be helpful.

Location was convenient and staff was friendly.

Lack of employees. Despite there being 2 employees at the front desk & I was the only one checking in, I had to find my own trolley & take my bags upstairs. Found that to be odd!

Not worth the price

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super nice.

The restaurant(which was listed as an amenity) was closed on a Saturday. We left to get take out and when we returned there was absolutely no parking in the lots due to a wedding. So we had to park very far away. Check out time was not listed anywhere in the room. The room was clean; however, the shower was tiled and grouted and it appeared the grout was not cleaned in years. Our room had a door to an adjoining room for shared suites. But we were not sharing, and the door gave no soundproofing whatsoever. The guests next door were not loud, you could just hear their every conversation and sounds. Paying over $250 for one night, I honestly was expecting better, especially from a Hilton.

stayed one night with our dog. hotel and room were very clean and welcoming.

it’s location, ease of parking, the lobby was clean and smelled really clean! Our room was also very clean and very comfortable! The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
