The facility was fairly clean, I liked that it smelled clean but the floors could use some cleaning, especially in the elevators and common areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the tub handle and they fixed right away.

The place was updated but detail cleaning was needed. The tub tiles and bathtub had a little mold that could be cleaned off with a detailed clean. It was not a huge issue but minor. Overall it felt clean.

Great place to stay.

The breakfast was very good and the food was fresh. I only wish you had cooked oatmeal, instead of the single serve packets. Overall the hotel was very clean. Loved the complete blackout shade. The hotel was quiet too. Staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

The public restrooms were dirty. The toilets were nasty. One had no toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing with paper.

Breakfast was excellent. Dining room was very clean and welcoming. Food was hot, tasty with good choices. We engaged the worker there and she was warm and friendly. Better than average experience.

Akrons Finest Place to Stay

I liked how clean the rooms and entrance was. The front desk guy he was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

I didn't like I missed breakfast lol. Wish I could've stayed more days.

the property was very clean and well decorated, the staff was so kind and welcoming. At check-in we were told about the rewards and were signed up so we can start earning points for our stays.

my only complaint was that almost everything at breakfast was gone by 8:30 and was not replenished.

Comfortably met our needs, as have other Holiday Inn Express locations.

Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Pleased that the in-room coffeemaker worked.

I don’t usually comment on someone’s appearance, but while the night desk clerk was friendly enough, she did not have a professional appearance, with a stained shirt and greasy hair. I don’t think this is the tone that Holiday Inn Express wants to convey.

other than the parking issue it was fine

parking nobody at front desk at night when I returned. I couldn’t find a parking spot and wanted to ask where we could park. if it okay to park in electric charging station or parking spot designated for Bricco Restaurant.

Very clean, modern hotel that appears to be new. Great location directly across the street from dining and a shopping mall.
