Very nice stay at the Doubletree

The hotel was fine for our purposes ( visiting a medical clinic) but expensive ; lobby OK, parking lot is small but we were able to find the last spots ( can access adjacent parking builidng with a walkway that we did not have to use and are reimbursed); rooms were very nice and clean, restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and is on 20th floor so nice view of industrail Billings. Ate across the street , also, at Walkers - very nice.

Parking lot is small - glad I did not have to go into the parking building at night alone.

It was a pleasurable experience. Nice facility and great staff.

Parking was a concern, but that was merely because I had a trailer and parking didn't accommodate for that. Not at all on the hotel.

Chose this place because it had a shuttle and breakfast even though it was more expensive.

Close to the airport and provided shuttle

Did not offer breakfast as stated was included. Was expensive! Bathroom was unhygienic

It was good.

It was all good - the shower had trouble draining but that was the only real issue

The shower would not drain well so one stands in ankle deep water

A little pricey but still a great place in downtown Billings.

It's a great location downtown. The parking garage is attached so you can stay out of the weather.

For the first time, I had to ask for one of their delicious cookies!

So far,,,SO BAD!!!

I did not have the breakfast. The location was good, parking was a nightmare. This motel was poor value for the money.

Not enough towels, need a blanket in a ziplock case instead of going to the desk to ask for it. No cookies...they were promised. The wine was not cold in the restaraunt, Prices were ridiculous.

We'll return. Hope for a better functioning room.

We have always liked this hotel in downtown Billings. Great location in the center of activity, and it has a kind of "big city" feel. Comfortable rooms.

There were problems with the bathroom. The sink was all messed up, with the stopper essentially frozen in place, unable to drain.

The staff was willing to work with our reservation issues

Using Booking.com was not the best because we had a change in the date at the very last minute, and even though Booking.com said they made the change, the actual property had no record of the change and wanted to charge us for the old booking. They were essentially handcuffed because they had zero access to a reservation or any changes when it came through Booking.com and no way to communicate with Booking.com.

not bad, just not good… and I am a Hilton Honors member, so I see a lot of Double tree and Hilton properties

great views of the city including a 20th floor restaurant. The location is in the heart of downtown with plenty of good places to eat

it is an older property and hard to upgrade. The room was generally comfortable with a nice comfortable mattress, but the bathroom is tiny, bathroom door knobs on at an angle, curtain rod sagging, lightly green stained caulk in the bathroom, safe didn’t work, lamp didn’t work and every day I was there I got nasty texts from the front desk saying I didn’t have a credit card on file despite giving it to them 3 times.

no attempt to resolve a problem that they blamed me for

the property did not have my Conf # for a king room. they downgraded me to a queen room and charged me for both. no care or attempt to help at all.

the staff did not care nor attempt to help to resolve the matter. their attitude was ‘well sucks to be you’. zero customer service
