I will not stay there again.

Staff was very pleasant

The pool was not in operation, I had a corner room which would have been ok except the noise from the streets was iritatng. I never once had a hot shower the water was like warm. $35 a night for valet was also an expense I did not expect!

Hotel was expensive despite it being old and outdated.

The room was clean and location was great.

The hotel was very old and in desperate need of a renovation. The price per night was absurd compared to the condition of the hotel and more specifically the room and bathroom. Overall, great location for downtown but a very outdated room. Yuck. My husband and I will definitely never stay there again especially because of how expensive it was… not worth it at all.

Good port in a storm

clean room, friendly staff. good proximity to downtown. also a backup generator — good during Hurricane Ian.

Had fun with my friends and family at the pride parade

Love the staff, room was great, very clean. Close to vinoy park, right in downtown.

Charging $46 a day to park, with no other option available, bit expensive. The hotel itself is a bit pricey, but for a downtown hotel, I guess that's expected. But the parking fees were unbelievable.

it was fantastic!

it was so clean and I have never slept in a better bed! also the staff was beyond amazing

I hate that there is no parking and you have to valet. but I would take that any day when it comes to how fantastic this hotel is!
