Very happy! Will be back!

Loved the shower! Great water pressure! The bed was very comfortable!!

Really liked everything. The only thing I’ll say is there were so many people hanging around where the breakfast is served that we couldn’t get anything to eat. Maybe once they are done they should head back to there rooms instead of sitting there talking.

Relaxing and Peaceful

The breakfast was really good. A different variety everyday. I have to mention Sarah at the front desk. Her customer service was impeccable impressive. She was able to accommodate all my wishes, and was so pleasant. Simple the Best!!!

I have to admit there were no complaints from my at this location.

Far from Downtown Cleveland but it was worth the price.

Area for breakfast seating was not big enough to accommodate everyone eating breakfast around the same time.

I like an omelet station.

New beds needed

The facilty was clean. They staff was nice.

The beds was horrible, I was sleeping on a incline. The pool and hot tub was nasty and cloudy.

The rooms were very clean. No dust. No stains. Good set up for coffeemaker. Staff friendly.

I did not see a blow dryer for hair.

Good stay.

Hotel is nice, very clean, comfortable.

Breakfast is too classic...... can't match the level of a 4 stars hotel at all, very few kinds of foods, not good for oversea guests. Equipments are a little old and outdated.

The facilities were awful, pool unusable, very dirty, but the staff was friendly and did their best to make up for it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful despite that it was very busy when we checked in.

The whole first floor smelled so strong of chlorine from the pool it was unbearable, our first room had not been cleaned at all, we were put in a different one where the toilet was clogged and the bathroom/shower was used and filthy.

Just okay.

The room was a good size and it was quiet.

When I turned on the shower I discovered panties and a used washcloth hanging from the shower bar. The hotel did send up housekeeping to clean the tub. However the body wash container was empty and not refilled during cleaning. The overhead light in the bedroom wasn’t working and there was no hair dryer. Just overall a meh experience for what it costs to stay in a hotel.

Decent stay but definitely not luxurious

Had a pool, decent-sized room, good breakfast.

Hard to find Uber drivers to come pick-up. Bathtub didn’t appear cleaned after last guest.
