Perfect option for a night

The property was convenient to the Interstate for a one-night stay before traveling on to an expensive, resort-based meeting located a few exits away. Complimentary breakfast offered good choices, the parking lot felt safe as a female arriving alone after dark, and there was plenty of hot water.

The shower head was mounted quite high with very forceful pressure that was difficult to adjust, and with no hand held option or shower cap, I assume it was designed with a tall male in mind! While clean, the actual room was showing a bit of age around baseboards, etc, but nothing that caused concern.

It was sufficient.

I didn't eat breakfast. The location was a few miles from the church where my seminar was held. I also liked being right across from the fitness center. I used it both days.

There was a slight odor. Plus after the first day the toilet stopped flowing properly. I had to get a plunger to clear it. Also the shower did not drain properly.

Convenient to the interstate. Room comfortable with plenty of outlets. Plenty of FREE parking.

Was in a nice area... work staff was friendly not so much the people working at the desk

The fridge didn't work whole time we was there causing food to go bad first night. Tvs cable didn't work for a day. One room smelled like smoke other like mildew... online pictures were kinda deceiving

King room, no microwave in room. For rate would expect each room to have one, not just suite

Close to where I needed to be, good choice of food nearby.

It was a decent location, with a choice of restaurants very close and only 10 minutes from Mall of Georgia too which was great.

The room had a "smell". I think coming from the air conditioning unit but it unfortunately didnt get any better, and I couldnt open the windows to get any fresh air in.

Location, near dining, rooms clean

pillows are horrible, should bring my own. Rare to find coffee made. Pool area had such a chlorine smell, it burned the eyes. Pool was cloudy and not heated. someone was smoking, so we had a fire drill at 6am. vanity area was not well lit to apply makeup and hair.

beyond disbelief

Upon Arrival to the location and 4 hrs on the highway was told they do not accept cash as payment for the rooms that I had reserved, after locating a bank and spending 30 mins depositing the money into my son checking account and returning to the property, I had asked to be roomed side by side or connecting rooms. They had assigned the rooms on each end of the bottom floor, which I had also requested to be placed on the top floor. upon reaching my assigned room the key card did not work which was due to the key pad being a non working device. after several more minutes front desk then assigned me to a handicap room which the clothes that were hung up touched the floor, the toilet was stopped up on the second night was told my front desk to come to desk to pick up a plunger. totally unacceptable considering the gentleman was outside constantly smoking cigarettes. spoke to the manager who was totally unapologetic on circumstances of my entrance to his property. This stay was reserved for my birthday weekend and I will Never book this hotel again or a Marriott chain. Very disappointed with this hotel and the way my entire stay was handled

The front desk agent was nice

The beds were hard as hell my husband ended up sleeping on the floor as it was softer then the bed. It's outdated our room pain job was old and ugly they had tons of rust on the bathroom
