The breakfast was ok. The pool was nice even though I had to ask for towels
The room was dirty. Stains on due bedspread. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. Bottles in closet from previous guest. No coffee maker. Had to buy own Coffee and filters. When I did get a coffee maker it was filthy too. I had to buy a coffee maker cleaner to use it. Also there was not enough dishes to use to make meals. I had to ask for this. The room was very run down.

The bed was actually clean unlike the sofa cushions
Pool wasn't open until late the water kicked on every 15 minutes inside the wall. The breakfast was horrible. Then I was overcharged 👍🏻

Easy access to the Breslin Center
The pool was closed. According to hotel staff the pool had been closed for awhile. No information disseminated from booking.com. This was a mini-vacation for my family. Completely unacceptable. I have never had a problem before booking with this website. Actually, I love using booking.com. Just not this time.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful.
The pool was closed, but we were able to use the Fairfield pool next door - BUT we didn't stay long bc my kids said the pool tasted like sweat. The exit closest to our room was not working. The couch cushions were ripped in the back - we removed them in order to use the pull out sofa bed and noticed it then.

I liked the hours of the breakfast and I enjoyed the comfort of the room.
What could have been better was the breakfast food. In order to cater to various food choices, I am a vegetarian. Perhaps with fresh biscuits and grits would have allowed more breakfast choices. The eggs were a bit hard as well. Maybe keeping more mixed and not letting it sit to get hard would have been more tasteful. I did not like the television options. There were only Cinemax and Youtube channels that were free. There were some regular tv stations I was not able to obtain. I have not experienced that with your competitor hotel sites.

Desk staff very good

Staff was nice and responsive. Everything else was either average or less than average. I thought the room rate was over priced for the accomodations.
Breakfast wasn't all that great, probably due to Covid. The hard boiled eggs tasted bad, the only fruit was bananas, and it was mostly breads (bagels, muffins, etc) to choose from. It was OK, but not as nice as I've had other places with breakfast included. The sofa sleeper was horrible; limp and saggy. I slept on the couch instead. I think for the price this was not a 4 star facility.

I love that my 2 bedroom suite had 2 separate bathrooms in each bedroom, as well as a full kitchen with pots and pans, plus dishes. Not to mention a beautiful fireplace.
First off, the tv in the main suite did not work. It took them hours to figure out what was going on, to where eventually we had to move to another room. The first room we were in also had ants. The 2nd room, was way nicer and bigger, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. It needed some updating though. The lock on the door to our room broke as soon as we locked it. Also the shower head in the bathroom was extremely loose. Other then that it was decent. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
