Enjoyed our stay, but could use a tweak on breakfast!

the staff was amazing, all but one young lady at the front desk. the breakfast lady was so welcoming and seemed to truly care about everyone that entered the breakfast room, even the maintenance man was so welcoming and he's the one that encouraged us to sing up for the hotel points plan.

could have had more warm verity of warm foods. we stayed for 6 days and had the same thing every morning. always eggs, one day sausage the next sausage patty, and some little egg patty. it's would be nice to have biscuits and gravy and or some sort of potatoes.

Would stay there again despite a hicupp.

Very friendly staff, nice clean room. With good amenities.

Stayed for five days I was charged twice for the room. The staff was apologetic and refunded the money quickly but it took four days to get back into my account which was very inconvenient.

Very friendly and comfortable, and excellent breakfast

Absolutely lovely desk staff (Shannon), as well as breakfast ladies (Marjorie and ?). Best choices for breakfast in any similar hotel. The ladies come round to see if you need anything.

Nothing, couldn’t be better, except for maybe replacing the plastic flowers and shrubs with real plants.

Never there again

Ok. Kinda sketchy. A traveling family had its back window broke out. Property not responsible but yet offered no security to patrol the area and it’s probably a problem they are not addressing besides a sign 😡

Everything was great - I love Fairfield concept! The staff they hire is amazing and friendly. The egg white frittatas were superb! Simply love this hotel!

Would deaf return, with gracious constancy to enjoy a my vacation and leisure time.

Pleasant stay..

Location is good, breakfast was good, elevator was close, employees very nice.

Tub in bathroom drains slowly leaving backup in the tub from prior guests. The sheets were not changed the 4 nights there. The room was cleaned, and the bed covers were just pulled up. Very loud stomping in the ceiling during the night.

Good location for what we were doing.

The breakfast and the location were very good.

We stayed here last year so we booked it again. I don't know why, but this year the place was seemingly rundown more. It wasn't as nice as it was last time. I don't think we will stay here again.

Good location and breakfast option

We were in the ground floor unit, it was peaceful. Great breakfast option! Good location close to the train if your not driving. Friendly staff and clean common areas. Room is well kept. Will definitely stay there again!

The beds where a bit soft, but I think it's a matter of preference.

Breakfast was fine, hot food included. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was, it was a little noisy. But mostly it was great!

For the price it was worthwhile and comfortable and the staff were great!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a little lacking wish there was more variety. Free internet was fairly speedy and did the job as I had a long meeting.

The pool was closed, breakfast wasn’t fully stocked. Had to be the first ones up to get any breakfast. Went down at 9 and everything was gone. Asked if they were going to restock, they brought minimal out.

Convenient location but not very comfortable.

The staff is wonderful - kind, polite, hardworking, responsive. The work out center was nice.

The beds were saggy and uncomfortable, the breakfast is not very good, The pool was closed which was disappointing for our little grandchild.

Car was broken into in hotel parking lot - Unprofessional staff

The evening staff was courteous.

The morning front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. My car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. I saw my car window had been smashed, with glass all over my things inside my car. I attempted to simply inform the staff at the front desk, but was abruptly cut off as they told me it was not the responsibility of the hotel, and that I, not the hotel, should call the police. No apologies, no questions about how I was or what they could do to help, not a single shed of concern for their guest. I attempted a second time at speaking, but was cut off again. I asked if I could finish what I was saying, and I received a very dramatic eye rolling display. This same staff member then told a manager that I had said she was rude. Never have I experienced such blatant disdain from hotel staff as a guest, let alone as a guest whose property was damaged on their site.

Comfortable , clean, excellent staff.

AThe hotel is new and iuclean. The staff is very nice and friendly, really trying their best. Alla is fantastic, warm and kind, she shows real interest in making guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location for our stay. Didn't spend much time in the room but the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was inedible. The biscuits could not even be broken apart they were so rubbery and the eggs were overcooked.
