Will never stay here again.

Nothing really. Breakfast was ok.

Pool was under construction. Staff was not friendly. The TV had five channels and the sound was broken so it was extremely loud. You could not even watch the local channels, leaving us to watch the NFL playoff games on our phones. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. Wall near garbage was stained. Was hard to not try to get our money back, but knew they wouldn’t.

We will be willing to pay more to stay somewhere else next time we visit the city.

The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast of powdered eggs etc. Not the worst, not the best. The pool was down for maintenance, which we didn't know until we got there and we were allowed to go to the hotel next door and use their pool but their staff wasn't very friendly about it and I could tell they wanted to tell me that we were misinformed by our hotel's staff and tell us no. The tv in our room didn't work.

Bad

They over booked and did not have a room for me when I went to check in. I'm sure this is a nice enough place but they had major problems. The night I was booking the room rate was 244 plus tax.

it was old, not super clean, the pull out couch was broken so my son had to use the mattress and lay in the floor. the toilet didn’t flush well.

Overall, it was good.

I loved the beds & pillows. I slept great Also, the staff was very accommodating as we didn't know if we could keep our second night's reservation. It depended on the outcome of a sporting event. They held our room for us just in case we could stay the second night....we did. That was very awesome of them.

Room 122, the shower drain is VERY slow and you end up standing in dirty shower water. Also, one night we were charged $126 or so and the next night we got charged $144. I'm not sure why that is. I reserved this hotel for the $126/night charge.

The staff at check-in was very patient with the situation she was put in. She was very busy, but after the second room was dirty, she accompanied us to the room to ensure it was clean, even though she had others waiting.

Housekeeping supervision should be monitoring staff to make sure the rooms are completely clean.

Close to restaurants. Very helpful breakfast attendant. Comfortable beds.

Room had a coffee machine but no coffee. There was only 1 drinking cup. There was an iron but no ironing board. Also no rack to put luggage on. These are all things one expects at a place like this.

There was little evidence that our room had been cleaned. The bathroom had dried urine on the toilet, behind the seat, there was a bath scrubby hanging on the faucet of the bathtub, no coffee or tea supplies, carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Only 4 hangers, I asked for more, was told there weren’t any available. The remote control wasn’t in a bag. The clock didn’t work. Since Covid, the hotels we have stayed in have gone above board with sanitizing the rooms; not this room. I had some antiseptic wipes I used to wipe the bathroom down, don’t expect to have to do that and pay for the room. We were not impressed with the room, the staff were polite.

Good location but needs to pay attention to upkeep and room supplies.

Location is good in Billings. Near several restaurants. Clean and staff friendly.

Facility needs refreshing. Carpet shows wear. Cover on air conditioning unit in room broken. No facial tissue in bath. No glasses in room.

Gal brought up a fold out bed. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

There was a hole in the wall that had repaired but pushed in. Pool was empty.
