Paid too much for an uncomfortable night.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was in a nice location

No drinking water available. Room had dirty floors and smelled like sweaty feet. Pillows were some of the worst I've used at a hotel and my kids barely slept because the sofa bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Paid almost $300 CAD and it just wasn't worth it.

I would not stay there again!!!

Breakfast was decent!!!

I booked a king size room and they gave me a queen size room their reasoning was that I did not state I had a pet when I clearly did!! Then they charged me for a king size room rate!!! Needless to say I was not happy!!!

The best place to stay in Billings

The perfect location, close to everything but still quiet and restful.

They need to fix their internet, it was in and out in and out but a great speed to get my work done.

Not horrible, not great, just ok.

Plenty of parking, front desk staff were professional & kind. Clean sheets, great A/C

We checked in super late and when we walked into our room there were a pair of used disposable gloves and a pencil in the middle of the floor but because everything seemed clean we didn’t bother saying anything that night. Unfortunately we overslept and were in a hurry to get our things together to be out by 12pm check out. Housekeeping knocked on our door and a small angry woman shouted at me it was 12:02 and check out time. I did housekeeping off and on for probably 8 years and never witnessed anything like that before. Still hurrying to gather things up the phone rang at 12:08. I answered and spoke with the very polite and kind front desk woman, told her about the issues with the room, including the shower not draining, and let her know we were on our way out the door. When I opened the door to leave approximately 30 seconds later, the glowering troll representing housekeeping was standing in the hall by our door. She narrowed her beady eyes and glared while my husband, daughter, and I filed out, huffing at our backs as we escaped toward the exit.

I had to get my own room supplies every day. Asked front desk every day for room service but maid service said every day

The location was great. The place was a nice place to stay.

There was no communication between the front desk and maid service. Our room never got cleaned once and we were there for 7 days

nice staff but not worth the price.

The made-to-order breakfast was a nice touch. They also had a nice dog area to walk the pets.

They provided us with a “dog” room since we brought our dogs and the room was very musty and dated. The air conditioning did not work and we were next to the railroad tracks.

It was ok for the short time we were there.

Loved that there was a sauna and hot tub. The shower had decent pressure.

The desk chair in our room was missing a wheel. The comforter was too thin for winter sleeping, and there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet to make up for it. We had to go buy a blanket.

the suite was nice, but I didn’t like the train that kept waking up.

hot tub n the price of the room was decent, until I realized why the room was so cheap, it was right next to the train tracks! I like the late check out.

TRAIN! My room was right next to the train tracks. The train kept waking me up. i got to my room late at night.
