My husband kept having to plunge the restroom in our room but what can you expect with as many guests as hotels have.

The staff was not helpful, the hotel smelled, the pool was gross, garbage was over flowing, we had to wait awhile after the check in time because rooms were not ready I will never stay here again!!

The staff was wonderful. They did what they could to make me happy. I asked for extra pillows, towels and an extra blanket. They delivered them quickly and ask if there was anything else we would need. Excellent.
The pictures of the pool showed a wonderful, crisp looking pool. Inviting for a warm summer day and the pictures of the hot tub showed an Inviting place to relax. THIS WAS THE FARTHEST FRON THE TRUTH AS COULD EVER BE SAID! I chose this location mostly for the idea of a place to swim or relax in a hot tub. The pool was slimy and foamy. The hot tub was green and very dirty. ALSO....the breakfast was horrible. If this is typical, it should not be mentioned as a bonus to stay at this hotel. The food was scarce, and when it did come out, was cold and rubbery. We threw away our plates and had to go to another establishment for breakfast. An expense I had thought would have been already covered by the promise of the hotel. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, OR STAY AT AGAIN UNLESS THE ONLY CHOICE.

The room was nice
The cleanliness and the way our personal items were removed from our room while we were out to dinner and the Manager NOT calling us regarding this manner like we were told she would.

The proximity to the mall, the gym and jacuzzi. The room was spacious although the sound from the motorway caused problems for sleeping.
The elevators and communal areas were dirty and dusty. The options at breakfast were limited. The toilet was scratched and looked rather unsightly.

The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and stained. There was hair in the bathroom . The fridge was dirty also.

Location was perfect for us. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly!

Our room wasn’t ready for check in at 5:15. The pool area was dirty, water was cloudy. There was only one working elevator.

The front desk staff was awesome. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Catering or cook staff were very nice.

Linen had not been changed on the sleeper sofa.. breakfast was no longer a nice experience as of the past it now consisted of Frozen waffles or frozen pancakes just not a good breakfast also was told the day before we arrived that the pool and hot tub were in working condition and neither one worked there was construction going on therefore you could not sleep in we had water standing on the floor next to a wall next to the bed that we were told that someone would be up to take care of us or move us to another room however when we got back that evening nobody had been in our room and done anything very very very bad experience will not be back we could have went to another hotel and received just as good a experience as this one we had stayed this hotel several times in the past but this time was the worst. I talked to the hotel the morning I checked out told them everything they said that we would be getting a discount on our rooms and when I checked the next day the room amount was totally taken off of my debit card so I thought that they had decided that since our experience was so poor that they were not going to charge us then two days later they put back all the charges

I love the friendly and amazing staff. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The lobby and food area were clean and constantly being cleaned. Our hotels room was clean and beds comfortable. The pool was nice, except heater being out.
I didn't like that the heating was out in spa and pool. I also didn't like the dishwasher causing our sink to back up in bathroom. But, on that topic the hotel staff were quick to help. I also, didn't like the website didn't tell us anything about being under construction.

The staff.
The hotel was dingy. The pull out bed was broken, showers gross, bathroom vents dirty, visible stains on the bedding, etc.

Location was amazing and the service provided by everyone from the front desk staff, to the engineering staff to the breakfast staff was exceptional.
However, the rooms were filthy. So much so that I was surprised with a bug on my comforter the first morning. I understand that the hotel allows pets. I'm not sure if it was a tick or bed bug, or how pervasive, but upon further investigation, the mattresses under the sheets were disgusting. Upkeep of the facilities and its amenities is urgently needed

Easy access to highway and close to the zoo area. Easy drive to downtown. Staff was quick to help with any concerns we had about cleanliness (see below).
Right on top of a highway with heavy truck traffic all night…nearly impossible to sleep. Property was undergoing a renovation, and the place was a little bit of a mess. Most importantly, though, our room had dirty towels and dirty sheets/pillowcases (as in, blood-stained!).

Everything was good
Everything was perfect, we are very happy that we were guests in your hotel, but something we didn't like about the sofa was that it wasn't clean with some stains.

I loved the corner suite! several cabinet doors and drawers were roughly fixed so they didn’t open so great! The kitchen table was extremely flimsy I was afraid my family was going to break it! But we loved the amount of space and that it had a decent little kitchen! I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast set up and staff were great! It was a perfect location close to zoo and cheesecake factory for us. Security at 9 pm was nice yet a little concerning too. We requested a pack n play and the staff even left us sheets which was very much appreciated!!
Parking lot could be improved. Hours of swimming pool need to change as we wanted to swim but couldn't wait til 9 am. We are up early with our toddler and would have loved for it to be open by 7 am.
