Room was spacious
Sofa wasn‘t made for sleeping, the „matress“ was so thin, you could feel every spring- at the end we squeezed ourselves in the bed, which was too small for 2 adults & 1 child.
4.1
A great place to stay. The people who worked there were very nice and attentive , also when getting breakfast in the morning the attendant were very nice courteous
The pool was down

The location is great, right off the high way but in a quiet area. The staffs were very nice especially Joanne, she always had a smile on her face and super friendly and professional.
We had a 2 bedroom room, it was spacious and clean, love the gas fireplace in the living room.
Wish they can offer daily cleaning service,

Staff was a little rude when I told them the light on my bathroom wasn’t working they said they would have somebody come change it I said ok I was going to go pick something up came back and it wasn’t done I called and the reception desk said I wasn’t here so I don’t know anything about in a rude tone I needed the light so me and my wife could get ready for a wedding that we drove 9 hours for just to have someone ride to deal with and not be able to get ready in the room that was a little pricey

Good central location.
Arrived with a confirmed reservation/late arrival to find the only room left had no working heat. It was 11:30 p.m. and I'd been driving for 6 hours. The outside temp was in the 30s and one entire wall was windows. While they gave me a bit of a discount, how do they sell a room like this, especially in winter? And this was a designated handicapped room (fortunately, I'm not handicapped, but what if i were????)! On top of the lack of heat, across the hall was a dog barking most of the night :(!

It was scary outside, and lots of random men hanging in parking lot They also had a wedding that they told us that night was going on so we could hear people very loud and partying until 2am. Also the bathtub did not drain. We felt like we were going to be robbed and ended up baracading the door before bed. Very unsafe.
Make a curfew, ask people to leave or go inside after 11 or something.. check the rooms more for broken/maintenance things

The pool has been closed for every single time we have been here and there’s no gym or even ice maker. The rooms were nice but there are not a lot of amenities here.

Smell sewer. Old building. Lighting is very limited. Parking in a big field with no service but charge 12 dollar. Very cheap and dated sofa bed mattress.

Great breakfast! Beds were comfortable. we really liked the two bedrooms.
4.1
The beds are super comfortable! As a senior citizen with heath issues, that is major! Kitchen staff was thoughtful and accommodated our vegan needs. Breakfast was quite good both days. The in unit kitchen was adequate, with full size fridge, cook top, dishwasher and all pots, dishware and utensils needed. The location is great and many options for shopping and meals were a short walk away.
I was staying with my adult developmentally disabled, brain impaired son. We were riding out a storm that had a potential for flooding, loss of power and evacuation. When first suite did not meet our specific needs due to configuration, a helpful staff member went out of the way to relocate us to a more suitably spacious suite, at no additional cost to us. It is very welcome, when faced with our personal challenges, that we are treated with empathy and thoughtfulness by any business/corporation, rather than treated with impatience or made to feel burdensome. While not marketed as such, I will be recommending this hotel, as a welcoming place to stay, a respite, to other members of our support group. Many issues around travelling with an adult special needs child, like adequate space, separation, privacy, while still being in one secure unit, are resolved by staying here. It is very much appreciated and will make Residence Inn our first choice in the future.
In fact, I will be returning periodically, simply to take a much needed break from housework and stress; allowing the opportunity to focus on quality time playing cards, board games, taking walks and watching movies with my son, in a safe, clean, home like environment. While the location was only minutes from home, it was a mini, stress free vacation, providing respite for us both. Something families with limitations and special needs, like ours, seriously need. I look forward to returning.Thank you Residence Inn Staff!
A gym would have been perfection.
