Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuné bon et du choix. Personnel sympa.
L’autoroute juste à côté c’était vraiment très bruyant. Tout dépend où est la chambre car c’est immense mais nous avions le bâtiment proche de la highway!

Nothing.
I didn’t like the rude staff. The breakfast lady told me that the breakfast ended at 9:45 when it actually ended at 10. I told her this & she told me “well my clock reads 10” ask because she didn’t want to do her job. They lied about breakfast by the way , THEY DON’T SERVE HOT FOOD. WHICH WAS THE WHOLE REASON I STAYED THERE!!!!!!
The tv didn’t work & when I went in to tell the office lady ( WHO WAS VERY RUDE) about it she dismissed me and told me basically OH WELL. This is my second and last time staying here.
I even overheard a couple say “this place has really went to crap” and I have to agree. Please get new staff or new managers.

Helppo tulla, sijainti ok.
Epäsiistin oloinen, uima-allas oli likaisen oloinen ja huone jääkylmä tullessa. Aamupala oli mitätön.

My request for a room for someone with reduced mobility was honored at no extra cost.
The hotel was well situated for our needs.
The floor of the room was so dirty that the soles of my socks became blackened when I crossed the room once. (See attached photo)
The bathroom sink drain was blocked. Using the palm of my hand as a « plumbers friend » I as able to clear the drain sufficiently for us to be able to brush our teeth.
The Wifi did not work in our hotel room; I was obliged to exit the room in order to use my device in the parking lot.
The television, and its decoder, refused to function. When the TV was powered up there was « snow » on the screen, but nothing else.
The toilet was not properly anchored to the floor of the bathroom. That, coupled with the toilet seat being loose on the toilet, made it uncomfortable for the handicapped person to use.

I enjoyed my stay n service. The food was good and the parking lot well lit.
The drain in the tub could have drained the water before it would fill the bottom of the tub while showering.

location was good
rooms were not clean. furniture ( chair) was badly stained and dresser was missing knobs. Also tub was stained and not looking clean and floors had several spots that should have been cleaned. One of our rooms had a dirty fingerprint on the bedspread and hair on the floor in the bathroom and hair in the tub and even saw hair on the toilet paper.

Breakfast was nice and location was great. Also, loved that the towels were clean and fluffy.
The carpet was very dirty.

I liked that we were able to check in late. I liked that there were on sight staff 24 hours. I liked that when our room keys didn't work, someone came to help right away.
There were a lot of things broken or out of order. Our shower drain was very slow and needed to be cleared. the pool and hot tub were out of service. there were things missing from breakfast because the oven and refrigerators were broken. my son found mold on his waffle. we booked this Inn based on the "hot breakfast, and hot tub." both were, "broken." The description of the facility was misleading at best. We were disappointed

Nice breakfast room and items to choose from.
We could hear the people in the room next to us. Hard to get to sleep because of their loud conversation.
Crack in bottom of door between rooms!

Breakfast was great - eggs, bacon, muffins, yogurt, and hot beverages. The receptionist was very friendly.
The room had few plugs for recharging phone, the only one that was easily accessible was above the heater. Housekeeping did not come, and the garbage cans filled up in my room (trash from eating out). The TV had no guide so it was hard to find programs. The vending machine was broken. Worst of all was the noise. The hotel is located next to the freeway, and the traffic was noisy.

The older lady at the front desk was amazing and so patient with me. I had booked a room however my card kept declining because of something wrong on my part I came back four times after attempting to fix my card and she just a patient as the first time I tried to check in instead of canceling my reservation when my card declined the first time she worked with me until my card finally got fixed and went through I was so impressed with her ability to be able to work with me and have such a positive attitude she deserves something very special and that hotel should be very happy to have her working there
The only problem I have is the cleanliness and the a/c. I had a room with a fan and when I went to turn it on dust went all over my bed and in my eye it was so gross. There is always so much hair everywhere and the chair looked disgusting I would not sit in it. I'm going to have to start bringing my own broom and dustpan and wipes for the room. I don't know what the cleaning people are doing in the rooms but cleaning isn't one of them

Easy highway access. Very comfortable beds. Excellent on-site authentic Mexican restaurant.
The continental breakfast menu was a little thin, but more or less what was expected.

Large Room
Terrible breakfast. High Price.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. No bread for toast? And there was nothing left on Sunday and a line out the door by 10:00am. Appeared no attendant was there to refill anything. And no bowls or cold cereal options
Please invest in some newer mattresses. And dust/vacuum behind the nightstands. A frig with a freezer would also be helpful
