The cleanliness and the staff member at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind.
Beds could have been a little softer.

CLean, good beds
Breakfast - no bacon, poor choice of bread, OJ like water
3.5
Clean
The electric window shed was broken and wouldn’t go up. We weren’t able to get a different room and it was dark like a cave, even with lights on.
5.0
Great location and rooms have been updated.
3.5
it was new and very comfortable
Front desk Check-in lady was rude. We (I was with ladies that had other rooms) came about an hour before check-in time. no one was at the front but a man saw us and said he would go get help. She made us wait 6-7 minutes and then wouldn’t even check to see if one of our rooms were ready. just made flat statement that they had been full night before and no rooms were ready. I think we interrupted her having a cigarette break.

Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned and the beds were full size beds instead of queen size which is hard for two adults to sleep in.

The room was big. The location was right next to the freeway which was nice for us.
The toilet wouldn't flush well and kept overflowing. The beds we booked were supposed to be queen but were double and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not edible. The hot tub was broken and the pool seemed dirty. Our room was dirty. The tv was really small. The sofa bed did not pull out into a sofa bed as advertised. The internet was spotty. The floor where our room was looked like the hallway in The Shining and it was a mess because of all of the renovations taking place. An employee yelled at us for using the exercise equipment. The room was way overpriced and they sent me a receipt for one price but charged my bank account for a higher price so now I'll have to call them and fight to get my money back. My whole family and I were expecting a nice mini vacation but instead we were really disappointed and extremely bothered by the messy, repairs and everything else wrong with the hotel. We will never be going back to this hotel and I am telling everyone to avoid it.

Breakfast is better than other 3-star chain hotels. Large room with a chair and a sofa so both of us can sit. Room is quiet and comfortable.
When we arrived is was completely dark but the entrance sign and the external lights were not on. I have to back up a little on the street to find my way into the driveway and then unload in the dark. It might be a timer setting issue since the lights were on later.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a newer hotel, convenient and had a restaurant and bar which added to the convenience.
There was a bad smell in the room as if the carpets had been spilled on and needed cleaning

Room size was great. Enjoyed the pool and spa. The breakfast was great.
The couch in the room had stains on it.

It was okay. Not much variety. A banana or apple for fruit. Not much selection for fruit for breakfast.
The keys kept not working, had to keep going to the desk to get new ones made. We were there 4 nights, had to get new keys 5 times. So aggravating!

Very comfortable room, especially the bed, and the bathroom was good, shower head and water pressure was good, room in great condition and very clean. Strangely, the fridge did not come equipped with a freezer (of which I am very familiar having had) , but we did keep our frozen foods frozen by keeping them on the top shelf.
We had just come from staying in the Ramada hotel in St. George the night before where they had a terrific physical fitness room that was considerably larger (at least three times as large) and which had free weight (dumbbells), multi exercise weight machine (for chest, fly weight, tri-cep pull down, etc.) and a pull-up bar connected to the machine, three working cardio (two treadmills and one cross trainer). Sadly, the Springhill Suites by Marriot had only two working machines (one was out of order) in a very tight, very small room, barely enough space for one person to comfortably exercise in, and with nothing else, no free weights, but of course they had no room for anything else. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. In years past, there were cooked scrambled eggs with cooked potato wedges and bacon and sausage, however, those were replaced with a Jimmy Dean sausage muffin sandwich and a packaged food item that I don't remember the name because I don't eat that sort of thing. Thankfully, they had fresh cooked oatmeal with several toppings and fresh fruit (bananas, oranges, and apples) which I had. But I looked forward to a FULL hearty breakfast as in years past, yet had to go elsewhere to enjoy that.

Delicious breakfast!
I would love to have more GF choices.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was handy in relation to the Shakespeare Festival and state and national parks. It was very family friendly and quiet.
It would be good to have more exercise equipment. However if you are outdoors there is plenty of physical activities to participate in with your group throughout the immediate areas.

breakfast was lovely...nice to have the breakfast back after the COVID. I do miss the prepared potatoes and egg dishes of the past.

Good location, close to freeway. Nice breakfast options.
Very noisy, neighbors made lots of noise until about 1:30am. Staff was very innatentive, didnt answer phone and took forever to deliver an extra pillow and blanket. Air conditioning spewed out frigid air continuously regardless of temp set. Had to turn it off and on throughout the night to maintain decent temp. Very small room size for a king suite.

The breakfast was very good. We appreciated the hostess being very friendly and helpful. She did an outstanding
job with her hospitality. The pool was useful although the water temperature could have been a little warmer. It was clean. Our first day to the pool area was great with supplies of towels.
We didn't like seeing a dog in one of the rooms on the second floor and in the pool area. We reported it right away, but nothing was done about it. We saw the dog in the hotel again on our second day in the pool area. We selected this hotel because it stated that it did not allow pets, we were definitely disappointed. The sauna was very cold both days of our stay.
We reported this problem to the front desk. The tv in the exercise room never worked.
We stayed in this hotel two days and they never cleaned our room. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel again.
